Well i bought this outfit for my friend on her birthday along with a two other outfits and a barbie doll. She was in LOVe with it. I was happy to see her face the day she opened it. But, we are older girls i mean we are over the age of eight so its kinda weird but we still like barbies and this outfit helped my friend remember how she used to love barbies. Now we both collect with our other friends. I do have to mention one thing. The little shawl isnt very helpful as a " shawl " i prefer to use it as a scarf but this is a very nice color and style to add to a doll.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
