The Sassy Seat Doorway Jumper encourages baby to work his leg muscles, getting him ready to walk. The Doorway Jumper includes five developmental toys that can interchange with Sassys long line of attachables. All toys are removable for hand-held play. The Sassy Seat Doorway Jumper attaches to most doorframes with a unique locking mechanism securely fastening the seat in place, ensuring babys safety. Jumper is height adjustable for babies from 4 months to walking age, and the seat pad is removable for easy machine washing.

I had high hopes for this jumper since my 5 month-old loves to jump on our knees when we hold him. I love the look of this jumper and it seems well made, but my baby kept leaning to one side of this thing and almost hit his head many times. I had to stand right next to him and put my hand on the door frame next to his head, just in case. There's no way you can turn away from your baby when he's in this jumper, not even for a second. I thought maybe it's because we have narrow doorways, but I read the other reviews and apparently, it's because the jumper is just not very stable. I think I'll exchange it for the Graco one and see how it goes. Otherwise, I'll just go with a stationary exersaucer.

I love this jumper and so does my 7 month old daughter. I got it for her when she was almost 6 months and she loves to jump and move around in it. I turn on fun music and she jumps to the beat. I get a lot of stuff done around the house while she's having a great time in it. She also likes the toys that hang on the front. It hangs very securely from the doorframe and she cannot fall or tump over.

We received this as a gift off our baby registry. When we went to use it, we discovered that the cord is not long enough for our 8 foot doorways (no where on the box is this mentioned). We are unable to return this product since it's been more than 90 days since it was purchased. Who would have thought to try this out sooner (it's rated for 4 months +). I'm sure my baby would have loved it if he could use it.

The seat is too deep for a baby, the spring is too heavy and too tight (baby can NOT jump in it event at 6 month of age) Get GRACO-Jump N Jive instead. My baby started jumping in it at the sameday.

I had high hopes for this for my daughter, as my parents repeatedly told me how much they loved using the "Johnny Jump Up" with us when we were kids. We received this one as a gift. I don't like how difficult it is to get the baby in and out of the seat. Two people are almost surely required to get the baby out, otherwise the whole soft seat sticks to the baby and turns inside-out. It was hard for my daughter to see the toys that were hanging off the side of the seat too. I would prefer one with a tray. I've seen them out there, and they seem to be superior in design. But on the plus side, it was very securely fastened to the door jamb, so I was never worried about it collapsing on her. And it is easy to store since there are no trays.

There are two main things I do not like about this doorway jumper. First, the way it's designed doesn't allow the baby to balance well. It always tilts really far to one side or the other and she can't put both feet on the ground.
Second, when you take it down it readjusts the height so that every time you put it back up you have to figure out the right height again and reset it.
It's cute to look at but horribly designed. I had an old one from a garage sale that I wish I had kept. It was much better than this one.
My advice: do not buy this. Find one that hangs from two points instead of one thing in the middle so your baby can actually jump.
