Designed for years of fun, the #534c Lipper International child-sized rectangle table set with 2 chairs is suitable for children yet can accommodate most adults. Each chair features ladder-back support and can safely holds a child over 100 pounds. This lovely set will turn any bedroom, playroom, or kitchen into a place where your children can safely play games, have a tea party and create arts & crafts projects. Made in Thailand, the table and chairs feature beech wood construction for durability and strength. The non-toxic stains bring out the rich grain of the beech wood. For cleaning, Lipper International recommends you wipe the pieces down with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately to avoid water damage on the wood. Use a mild soap on marks and stains.     When this arrived in the box, I was dreading taking it out because my husband was super busy with work at the time and I knew I would have to assemble it by myself. It turned out to be so easy to put together. I did it in about 20 minutes with my two year-old "helping" me. It is so sturdy and the perfect size--not too big, but big enough that it will last a long time.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      This table and 2 chairs were purchased for our 2 year old granddaughter. [...] I was concerned the height might be too much but she was able to seat herself on the chairs. She will get many years of use. The little storage areas under the table surface are very useful. The construction seems very sturdy.
