I found this swing set very easy to put together. I read other reviews of how hard it was ( the directions were hard to understand) and missing parts. I had no problems with the directions or missing parts. A little time consuming (roughly 3 hours) but very easy and I a mother did it by myself with no help. I would recommend this product to any one wanting an easy swing set to put together for their kids.If you have common sense anyone can put it together!

I have a home daycare and we bought this swingset a year ago. It's still in great condition despite heavy use almost daily by 4-6 children. The plastic coating around the chains is degrading (I can't get them to stop twisting the swings!) but that's not a huge deal to me.

We did have some trouble getting the two-person swing attached; the screws didn't seem long enough and so we just left that part off. All the screws need tightening periodically but that is all right.

We bought this for our son's 3rd birthday. It took awhile to assemble, but in the end, it was worth it. All the parts were there, the directions were clear, and it really wasn't all that hard. The kiddo was playing by 8 that evening, and the boys started putting it together around 5pm. This product did not disappoint.

When we first bought our swing set, it was difficult to put together because the directions were confusing. Once we got almost everything put together, we find out they didn't send the right bolts to put the glider together. I called for weeks and left a ton of messages and no one ever called me back. I threatened to call the BBB and I got a call back immediately. I finally spoke with someone to get the right pieces to my house, and when it finally arrived it was the wrong part, again. This happened about three times before we got the right part to put the swing set together, about three months later. One the see-saw, the seats keep breaking off and my son doesn't even play on it because there usually isn't anyone to play with him. Twice we've had to replace the see-saw seats. I will not ever buy another product from them. The customer service is terrible and the product is not good for the high price.

Flexible Flyer should hire some folks from Ikea to assist in their design and assembly instructions. Terrible design, missing parts, mislabeled parts, unbelievable pain in the butt. Wish I'd just bought pipe and built my own.

As a busy mom of four, I was looking for something that the kids (age ranges 2-10) could play on and it had to be big enough for all of them. This swingset is perfect for that! It is small enough that my 2 year old can play on it with ease but big enough that my 10 year old can play on it too. It is VERY sturdy and we LOVED the fact that it was made in America. If I could stress one thing - make sure you read and study the directions thorougly at each step before assembling. It took my husband and myself about 3 hours to assemble. There were several times that we had to disassemble and reassemble. The instructions could be a little more specific and it would help if the peices were either numbered or specified in some way. We did love that the hardware were in separate bags for each part of assembly though. Overall, I would definitely buy this product again AND would recommend it to anyone looking for a sturdy, American made swingset that can be used with a wide range of ages!

I purchased this because my 4 year old loves to swing and I did not want to spend a lot of money. It is absolutely perfect for us. My 16 month old also loves using it with the baby swing we attached to it. My husband said it took about 2.5 hours to put together by himself and that there were a few parts that were a little tricky. Overall, I highly recommend it if you are looking for a inexpensive way to provide lots of entertainment for small children.

Took 3 hours to put this together, a few pieces were missing, the instructions are terrible, and I honestly don't know how comfortable I feel allowing my child or any other child to play on this thing. It seems very poorly constructed and not safe. I feel like any one of the pieces could fall off at any moment and injure my child. Would not recommend this product! Don't buy it!
