We assembled it from the box. Was pretty easy for me. Was packed well. Shifters could be better but are just fine for the price. Could upgrade the shifters later if it's a problem. They will probably be just fine. Bike looks nice and our son is thrilled with it. Dual suspension, front and rear brakes & 7 speed. Good bike for the money.

This bike is a great value for a 6/7 speed, 20 inch boys' bike. They did not give me an owner's manual at the store, but it was assembled for us.
My son, who is 8, was not able to shift the gears from high to low, only low to high. We ended up taking it to a bike shop, where they fixed it by replacing the shift cable. He is loving the bike now!

My son's first bike was a 16" with coaster brakes. This bike has hand "V" brakes front and rear. Full suspension and 6 speeds!
I purchased it for under $100 with Toys R Us discount.
If he becomes serious about riding this. I won't second guess purchasing a more expensive,higher quality bike in a few years.

Great bike, price was reasonable. In store price was $15 higher but the store matched the price to their website and it was free shipping to our house. My son is 8 and loves his new bike. Would definitely recommend this bike. Only trouble was when it came to us the handle bars were adjusted all the way down to fit in the box and we actually had to go buy the appropriate Allen wrench, it didn't come with it, which is 7/32 metric size. But it's always handy to have these anyway so no big deal. My son has never had multi-gear bike and it was very easy for him to learn. Little on the heavy side but for my son it's fine. He's average size in height and maybe slightly lighter in weight and has no trouble. Very satisfied :)

We purchased the bike for our 6yr old and he loves it. The bike was shipped partly assembled only requiring the seat/front wheel/handle bar and brakes to be attached. All the hardware and instructions were in the box and assembly was a breeze. Two thumbs up for you guys. This on was 'done right'.

Bike came in a box, pretty easy set up. Need a wrench, pliers and some allen wrenches. Took about 20 minutes to put together and a few minutes to adjust the brakes, seat and handlebar position to his liking.
All in all, a great bike for the price!

It is the best bike I have ever seen. My other bike was too small and I needed another bike and my other bike didn't have a kickstand either. That is why I think this is the best bike even in animals. And I got it for Christmas Day.

I like the product but the shipping was not good. This box arrived and I was not home it was thrown on my back deck. The box was ripped and the parts was missing. The bike forks on the front of this bike was bent and we had to take the bike back to TOYS R US for an exchange. I live over an hour away from the closest store and was not happy.

Bought this bike for my grandson for Christmas. pretty easy to assemble. we weren't sure about the operation of the front brakes, so checked with someone at Toys r Us who assembles bikes, and were assured everything was OK. Good service & very nice looking bike.
