I bought this kit because I suffer from bladder incontinence and needed something that I not only could put my used pullups in but would keep any odors at bay. Let me tell you this product is absolutely wonderful. I have tried grocery store bags in the past and they have been nothing but a disappointment. As far as the changing pads I use them to keep my purse and stuff on while changing.

This was the 2nd brand of diaper sack holder I purchased. This one is great. The bottom comes off to refill and is also a knob you turn to help get the sacks out. I've never had any issues with the knob falling off. Refills are easy to find in stores, reasonably priced and are scented with arm and hammer. I carry it in our diaper bag. You don't have to worry about throwing away dirty, smelly diapers in a relative or friends trashcan because the bag keeps the smell inside. Also, I find it useful for the car. Even when the child is no longer in diapers you can put it in the car and use it for garbage when traveling. Everyone needs to carry disposable changing pads. Stores and restaurants never seem have the pads for their restroom changing tables.

I bought it by mistake because I read the cm dimentions instead of inch on the package. It is too small!! Too expensive! Adult under pads would work much better. I think they are called incontenence pads. I found some of those online for 16-17 cents a piece, in a pack of 50-100-150. This is so not worth the money. But The portable bag dispenser looks useful to carry in a diaper bag.

I have used these item! I do love the changing pads, they are a must have. You can buy these items separately. But the dispenser worked for about a month and then the bottom kept popping off, now It will NOT stay on at all. It's a soft plastic and does not hold up to the everyday use of a diaper bag that goes everywhere. Worthless.
