You advertised a product which you don't seem to carry and delivered the wrong item. I called, and your staff was very friendly. I spent a good half hour on the phone describing why the item shipped was incorrect, and telling the person what I ordered, and I was told that a shipping label would be generated to pick up the first item.

No label was ever sent, and the second radio arrived, exactly the same unwanted model as the first shipment. I now had two incorrect items, and I called back for another half hour or more chat.

The only good thing about this experience was that the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, they didn't get anything accomplished. The second time I was put on to a supervisor named Joe, who seemed very concerned, took my phone number, and assured me that he would look into the matter and call me back. He never has.

Then I start getting emails from you telling me that if I don't return the item Ill be charged for the second one.

This is a joke. It's the worst online shopping experience I've ever had, and it's not over yet. I still have not received a return label, and I still have two clocks I don't want. I know they're going to charge me again. I've spent upwards of an hour on the phone with your reps trying to resolve this, and I've been left in the cold.

If anyone chooses to order from Toys-R-Us and you get your order right the first time, then it's great. They were prompt in shipping, etc.

But if anything screws up you're on your own. I still have two items I don't want, and no return label. I'm facing at least another half hour phone conversation with friendly staff that won't do a thing to resolve the issue.

I actually bought this product for myself b/c I have trouble sleeping. However, decided to put this in my son's room. The white noise is great, not overwhelming or anything. We also use the light it puts off as his night light. Definitely lights up the room gently.
