We often joke that our 2 yr old is Houdini because he has broken through all sorts of child-proofing from cabinet locks to expensive baby gates. These are awesome! I glued them together with Gorilla Glue to make sure he wouldn't be able to break them off. They've been on his bedroom door knob, the office door knob and the kitchen door knob for months and he hasn't figured them out yet! AWESOME!

ok as a grandmother of 3 live in grandchildren i have had to become very creative in keeping them out of places that could be harmful. 1. Take out the rubber grippers from the insideof knob covers. This way it will just spin and spin when they attempt to open a door. Parents: when you wish to use the door, place a finger inside the hole on the end and turn knob that way.2. as another poster suggested placing tape around the cover for those children that can pop them off is helpful for that purpose. My barely 2 yr old hasnt been able to get out a door at ALL since rubber was removed and he's a bright little boy who can open child safety medicine bottles of all kinds. Scary all locked up in small toolbox now.Hope this helpsUhma...Sherry

Product works great. If my son tries to open the door it just spins and spins. Easy for adults to open though. Would recommend

Does what it's is suppose to just wish it had better hole to grip the knob for opening. Cheap and they work that all I cared about.

About Me Parent of Two or More Children
My toddler is finally tall enough to reach the door knobs. These safety knob covers prevent him from opening the door to the basement, and tumbling down the stairs. Only down side, is he has figured out how to take it apart at the sides. However, it is difficult and takes him while, so we usually redirect him, now that we know he can do that.
Fairly easy to assemble and use. It doesnt perfectly fit my doorknobs, as it is wobbly over them. My doorknobs are round but flat, not a complete 3d circle. They would probably fit better on a perfectly round knob. One of the covers has fallen off the knob by itself. It can be a little difficult for me to turn the doorknob after the cover is on it, but i guess that is the point, so little ones cant turn the knob. This doorknob was the only one i had to choose from from babys r us, so i didnt have much choice.

Works pretty well, snaps right over door handle so you have to grab the handle through the little holes it actually turn it. My son has pulled it off a couple times though, seems the snaps that hold it together aren't the best.

It's great, works wonderful. Super helpful not letting kids into rooms!!

Great product. My child can not open the doors with them installed and they even glow in the dark. Only downfall is they make it tricky to open a door when in a hurry or trying to be quiet.

I desperately needed these for my 2 year old who just learned how to open doors. Once in a while if you accidently squeeze it then they pop open. If it happens then it's really easy to put back together. This brand makes glow in the dark for same price which is even better.

These do exactly what they're supposed to! The confused our toddler so much that he gave up even trying to get through the doors!
Use to keep toddler out of bathroom !
