    This toy box is really small, and I wish that I would have just bought the little tykes toy box instead. Also putting it together was easy, but when I go to place the safety hinge on the lid, it does not make sense. I look at the directions & tried to do it over and over with the same result! The lid will not close!

      Shipped promptly, arrived in good condition. Assembly directions were easy to understand (needed phillips screwdriver). Parts were solid and good quality. Graphic looks nice. Slightly disappointing that the bottom is not as solid as the rest of the chest (it is a very firm board, but still not great), but otherwise a good buy. My son loves Cars and he seemed pleased with it. Extra bonus: hinge for lid stays up unless lid is pushed down to prevent drop-downs on the head. Nice.

              Never shop with toys r us again

              The toybox was ordered online and was too small, so I returned it to the nearest toys r us store. I was appalled that I was not refunded the shipping costs. I was told that the online store is a totally different company, so the shipping costs could not be refunded. I think that is the craziest PR rule that toys r us has! No other store refuses to return shipping costs when their merchandise is returned to the store. I will never purchase anything from toys r us again.
