I absolutly love this product. My son recieved this on Christmas shortly 2 days after his first birthday! I must say finding a toy he likes is a tough job because he mainly likes the stuff adults "play" with. But this was to my surprise kept him soo engaged that he could play with this one for long periods of time. Also it being like a book is also a bonus!! bottom line we love this toy!

My son recieved this for his 1st birthday. I had never seen it and thought it looked cute and educational. Here we are at 21 months and he still could care less for this toy. He occasionally takes it out, but the pages are hard to flip and, from his perspective, the buttons don't corrolate to anything in particular. He usually just looks at us like we're nuts for even acting like it's fun to play with, then goes back to his Matchbox cars... :) My son is also the type that figured out how to call and text on a Blackberry at 18 months, so this may just not be his thing!

Initially I bought this as a gift for my niece, however, when my little girl saw it she was so interested in it that I let her play with it. She was so happy with it that we had to get one for her too! She loves the music and lights and pushing the buttons and turning the pages. It is so cute and when she has friends over they love to play with it too.

My son recieved this toy for his first christmas when he was just 6 months old so it took a while for him to get into playing with it. He really took interest a couple months ago (around 9 months old), it's one of his favorite toys. The pages are really easy for him to flip on his own and he's starting to understand how to respond to the questions (the answers light up following a question and he knows to push that button). I've taken this to the grocery store several times and it's kept him happy for the majority of the trip. I would recomend this to any mom!

Overall keeps my daughter busy, especially in her play pen. Love the "plastic" pages so she can't rip them apart. My 2 biggest cons are:
She slides the toy around on the carpet, sometimes more than pressing the buttons. Would have been nice to have rubber on the bottom to prevent slipping.
Some pages don't turn all the way, so the buttons refer to the previous pages, or get stuck. Probably a design flaw.

This was a gift for my daughter's first bitrhday. At first she didn't care to much for it now that she is 16 months she plays it with almost everyday, she really doesn't know how to "play it" correctly but the sounds and music really get her involved And it Has so much to do i find myself playing with it!!! I would recommend this toy to ANY mom!!!

it works well,buttons light up,everything as described! the only thing i Do recommend for this product,is changing the age qualifications. it says 12 mo. +.it should be 24 mo+.it is interactive and fun.my child always has something to do on it,regardless of age..but it would work out better if he were over 2.he seems to get bored with it after 15 minutes.but he always goes back to it later.

Why did they release this product to stores? It's boring and confusing without good reason. My daughter is 15 months and never bats an eye at this toy. Pass on this Vtech product. Too many buttons and the sensor doesn't always pick up on the correct page that you're on.

My son has loved this toy since 13 months. It's the only toy that he would play with for like 30-40 minutes straight while I took a nap. I sat him in his crib with this toy and he played with it forever it seemed. He has even thrown it out of his crib with great force and it hasn't broken. If you get good double A batteries then it shouldn't need battery replacement too often. Definitely worth the price!

We've only been using this toy for a couple of weeks, but I can see already how my daughter will enjoy this for some time. Multiple uses, bright colors, nice music, good learning toy
