A really great product. We had gotten another carrier as a shower gift but it did not support his head at all. This wrap is comfortable and actually really easy to use. (online videos made it simple) it is perfect for when your little one is to young to hold their head up and needs held a lot.

As far as any complaints: one thing is it is very very long, you really don't realize how long until you are holding it. So I put it on before I leave the house because there is no way I could put it on out and about. The other thing is I would imagine it would be hot in the summer. Haven't used it in the hot yet but it is cotton and because there is so much fabric it does add extra layers.

I really love this wrap and wish I wouldn't have waited so long to get one. It is very good for supporting newborns which you don't get in the normal carriers.

She's in it right now and FAST asleep. It took me some trial and error to figure out how to use the Moby wrap- my waist is pretty small especially in comparison with my hips and initially, each time I tied the wrap it was too loose.
Something, however, clicked about two hours ago in a last desperate attempt. I grabbed my cranky little one and voila! plenty of time to bond with our little girl AND watch the Lakers-Clippers game with my husband without added newborn audio.
In retrospect, I'd suggest looking at a few youtube videos BEFORE attempting the wrap on yourself...it would have likely saved me tons of frustration.

This is such a life saver.

My daughter would not sleep unless she was being held. And being a single parent this made me managing my daily life chores like laundry and dishes very difficult to take care off.

But once I purchased this, I would just stick baby boo in there and begin working. My moving around would lull her to sleep and it allowed my hand to be free.

I even took it on a flight back home for thanksgiving and it was amazing. I was able to nurse discreetly and she sleeps wonderfully, with my free hands I was able to carry the diaper bag and wheel a carry on.

Only complaint is people look at you like, "what's that crazy contraption you got." And the fabric seems to be a magnet for lint. But having a happy sleeping baby and free hands is well worth it.

My daughter and I absolutely love this carrier. I have to admit that getting it on was a little complicated to understand at first, but becomes simpler the more often you use it. My daughter almost instantly falls asleep whenever I put her in it. The fabric is a little heavy for warmer weather. I wish I had this product when my eldest was born.

I take my crying baby and put her right in and she falls asleep instantly!! she sleeps longer in it and I have to wake her for her feeding! I use it for an hour or so then take it off..even though its comfy my back needs to rest. I love to have my baby so close to me. feels very secure. its a long fabric and tricky to put on at first but I have no problems with it now. watch the videos on youtube for help.

i heard great things about the moby wrap and was really excited to try it. it's definitely a product that you need to try to see if it works for you. for me it seemed to complex and seemed like it was too heavy for warmer weather. also didn't like how long it was and felt too much of it would be on the ground if i was using it when i was out trying to use it.

I received the Moby Wrap as a baby shower gift. It seem easy to use when I first registered it on my baby registry but when I actually put my baby on the Moby, it became complicated. I did read the directions and I watched the instructional videos but I did not feel safe doing it on my own.

I saw these when I was pregnant last year with my second child. I had previously had the Baby Bjorn carrier with my son, and didn't like how it cut into my shoulders and was so stiff. I absolutely LOVE the Moby! My daughter is now 11 months old, and we still use it at least 2 times a week, and recently my HUSBAND has been wearing it, and loves the convenience. Great for church, shopping, or for those teething days when she just wants to be held. I actually just put another one on my registry for the next one due in 6 weeks! It really makes keeping up with the other kids, dogs, and housework much easier when you are not tied to the house or baby monitor. Oh, and as a plus is you can actually breast feed in it too! ;) Great for outings.

My baby is 6 weeks old and I have tried to use this twice so far. Even though I do it the newborn way and tuck her head where it is supposed to go, it does not seem supportive enough of her head for me. The first time I wrapped it by myself and it looked like her neck was at an awkward angle, so I took her out. The next time I had my mother in law help me tie everything really tight to make sure that wasn't the problem. Her head still didn't seem supported. I ended up putting the her in it a different way and holding her head with my arm the whole time, which made the wrap not as convenient since I still couldn't use both hands. I am hoping I will use this a lot more once my daughter can hold up her own head. It is also way too hot to use this in the summer!
