I will never order from this company again. Not because of product quality. After ordering this item and though it was in stock, didn't ship for more than two weeks. When I tried to inquire to customer service via email, I received NO response. Then I called to cancel and was assured that it was cancelled. Then guess what, yep it magically shipped. Further, once you place an order turns out it can't be cancelled. In addition, I really wanted to pick the item up at the store but the online checkout screen defaulted to shipping and I couldn't change it. Too much aggregation for me.

Funny how in the picture the baby has the pacifier in her mouth, because the paci does not fit in the mouth! It's too big. It says it comes with a toy giraffe, but mine didn't. It came with a dog. My daughter loves dogs so it wasn't a biggie for me, but they should at least tell you that they send different toys. You are supposed to be able to pose the hands to hold the cup & toy, but it's darn near impossible to do so. My daughter loves it so I will keep it.

I bought two as Christmas presents. The dolls are soft and the girls liked them; however they both arrived incomplete, without the cups or the little animals. Needed them for Christmas morning, didn't have time to return or exchange them. I guess product was good but Toys R Us should have done some quality control before shipping.
