Grandma purchased this as a gift for our daughter's 2nd birthday. She absolutely adores it. My husband put it together super quick. I put the stickers on which was easy and pretty self explanatory. It's cute, got a great size, sturdy, fun little storage areas and great sounds! It even comes with batteries! the coffee maker is hilarious, as is the phone. I caught her talking on it while making a carrot on the burner! We did our research before selecting this one (not only on Toys R Us' site, but others as well and asked friends) This was by far the best for the best price! Would recommend to anyone. Haven't had any of the problems described in other reviews.

I bought this for my 21 month old for Christmas and she loves it. My 3 year son enjoys playing with it as well. It could use a little more storage space but great for the price. I also like that it fits in the corner of her room instead of taking up a wall like most other kitchens.

I researched this item online, and due to good reviews, drove 35 minutes to my closest ToysRUs to purchase for my daughter's birthday. The box does not indicate dimensions or which batteries it takes for the cooking sounds, which was a little annoying, but not a big deal. But when I went to put it together, the oven door is loose, and the sink/counter portion is missing, and the box was factory sealed, so it was Little Tikes that neglected to add an important piece to an [$] item. Daughter is crying, I am angry. This is going back, stat, do not recommend it. If you do buy it, though, insist on opening the box in the store to make sure pieces are there, and that they work.

I'm not so happy with this kitchen. The reasons are:
1. There is not much storage, which wouldn't be a problem but the kitchen is a little top heavy. When my son opens any of the doors/cabinets, the whole thing tips a little bit and the food topples out of anything cabinet/door that is opened.
2. The slots for the 2 plates is too tight and it's impossible for my little man to pull them out. Once again, this makes the kitchen tip.
3. The coffee pot doesn't stay in it's designated spot. It just slides out.

The main complaint:
The sink faucet came apart and I can't even super glue it back together.

I may get him a different kitchen.

Took the advice of another reviewer and did not put the legs on (they are now "spices")a flat bottom is more sturdy. The doors were already assembled, easy to put together. No matter the size of the kitchen children will be happy playing. This is a nice smaller size that makes parents happy. The burner takes 3 aaa batteries and is the only thing that makes noise (I can do without the sounds alltogether).
The only negative is how poorly the instructions are written. It just takes more time to figure out what to do because there are little words. Although I have found everything lately has the worst instructions like things are lost in translation.

Putting the kitchen together only took us about 20 minutes! My 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter love it and cannot stop playing with it! I am so glad we got it, and we would definitely get it again if we had to do it over!!
