We got these for our 11 year old son. He's had a lot of fun with them. Our kids played hide-and-seek with cousins in the dark in the basement and had a blast using these. They work amazingly well and from the front emit no light, you can't see the person who's using them. Very cool. Seem sturdy, not lightweight. You have to hold onto them though, would be difficult to use if you needed both hands for something else.

Did not work at all, tried 3 sets of brand new batteries, still nothing but a fuzzy green/white screen. Nothing like getting a toy Christmas morning that doesn't work. Couldn't find any to replace them with either.

Son got this for christmas. I sent him to the end of a completely dark hall, I couldn't see him. I looked through the night vision and I could see him perfectly. I couldn't believe they worked so well. Make sure you adjust the focus on the end of the goggles. Not cheap night vision ,this is really nice.

This is the best night vision gogles ever!!!!!!! If you like teknoligey this is the right thing for eneyone! I recomend this to every!!! This is just so cool and asome!!!!!!!!!!!!! And also this is way way way way better than the first virsion!

I must admit that I am bit jealous... this toy sees better in complete darkness than my Sony Handycam Nightshot! We bought this as a gift for a fellow paranormal investigator, and he loves it! The unit is lightweight and comfortable, switchable between short and long range. Switchable between B&W and Green tinted viewing. Glasses wearers can relax, this unit is glasses friendly! View holes are adjustable to accomidate small and large heads. Cameras focus is adjustable.

A few things I don't like about it... the neck strap is very short and not adjustable. The case is lightweight shiny plastic, would have looked better in a textured matte finish. Unit is not true stereo vision, but a mono screen with two eye holes. Viewscreen is not that high of resolution(but not terrible mind you). Price is a little too high, I would've felt more comfortable paying $35 for this. The Field of View is a bit too narrow, they really should have used a wide angle lens on this.

Final Thought: This is a great toy for anyone young or old that needs or wants to see in complete darkness. For the child that loves spy gear type of toys, you can't go wrong with this.

We took this camping and had so much fun with the kids, when the kids went to bed the adults couldn't stop playing with it. I have a large head and the eye/focus adjustments fit me well, it also fit my 2yo. The distance that you can see is advertised at 50' but it is more like 35'. Great toy and everyone that tries it out is blown away how cool it is and how well it works. I am working on building a flashlight with ir LEDs to use with this.

the technology the goggles use is not night vision, is infrared cameras with infrared light. This means, that if two of you have it you will see each other as if you have a flashlight on your head. Nothing like REAL NIGHT VISION.

On the other hand, you will be able to see in the dark.
