Deal that pleases all generations

I love these blocks. I bought this set 2yr ago for my in-laws'. My in-laws owned a bunch of older wooden blocks from the sixties. They were chipped and freaked me and my brothers- and sisters-in-law because our small children would chew on them. Who knew about the lead paint potential. They definitely were splinter risks.

These Imaginarium blocks are a wonderful replacement. They can build castles and huge cities but the container keeps them easily contained. The box fits perfectly on a shelf in a closet or tucked away in a corner. The lid is the classic shape cut-out lid so younger kids enjoy putting the blocks away because they are shape sorting. Babies have chewed on them and toddlers have thrown them and NO chipping yet. I was completely thrilled with the price as most wooden blocks are very expensive. These are worth every cent.

And another note: My mother-in-law loves the blocks too. Now the grandkids can safely play with them and no one is hovering with worry.
