This wagon met my expectations and more. It's spacious(cooler space and cup compartments), good quality, and a head turner everywhere we go. The wide base larger wheels make pushing and pulling easy. The cushion seats are great for the kids so you can be out all day. The canopy is a must have for unexpected rain. I am always stopped and asked while out with the wagon where'd you get that wagon.

Never received the product because all 3 orders were cancelled by your organization for no apparent reason. It was supposed to be a gift. Entire process was extremely frustrating and VERY, VERY disappointing!!

The wagon was easy to assemble. It has all the features I was looking for. It is sturdy we have used it several times to go to take my 18 month old grandson to the zoo. It maneuvers easily. I would recommend it to a friend and have.

A hit with g'son & his birthday guests, 6 & 7 yr olds. Easy to pull & maneuver, even for those taller than 6ft, with no stooping! Adequate storage for light lunch, change of clothes for kiddos or toys. Shade cover is great idea, but we'd like purchase options i.e. mosquito netting cover (I made one for it, cuz we NEED it in Beaumont Tx). We'd prefer oversized rubber-tread wheels instead of the plastic, but at least these roll. Overall, it gets LOTS of use and gives g'son a place to nap when he's tired, since the seats fold down flat too. We LOVE this wagon & the HUGE size that it is!!!

Radio Flyer plastic wagon deluxe model was excellent except that one of the four plastic slots for the awning was partially melted! A call to Radio Flyer brought a quick response and instructions on how to remove the old plastic insert and install the new one. A week later the part arrived and I removed the old one and installed the new one in about a minute.

I actually bought two different radio flyer wagons before finally purchasing this one online. First I got the Radio Flyer Pack and Go Canopy Wagon. It was very nice but then I found the Radio Flyer Comfort Embrace Wagon, which also had an infant seat. I returned the first wagon in exchange for the second. Big Mistake. The features of the Comfort Embrace, in theory, seemed great but the wagon is impossible to maneuver empty, let alone loaded with kid and gear. I returned that wagon immediately. After reading all of the different reviews online I decided to order the Ultimate Comfort Wagon online and wait for it to arrive. I love the features, how easy it is to maneuver and all the the storage options. The seat options are great and I also like the padded seat covers with storage. Overall, really happy with this wagon. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because we've only had it a month. I need more time to make a 5 star recommendation.

I ordered this a year ago. My husband thought it was over the top, but when I do things, I do them all the way. I love this wagon!! We use it to haul our 2 kids (2 and 7)and all their gear to the neighborhood pool mostly. This weekend we took it to an amusement park and it was the best thing ever! It held towels, clothes, shoes, snacks and even the prizes we accumulated. With 4 drink holders, we all had our own. The pockets on the back of the seats were perfect to keep our camera, wallets, cells and sunblock handy. Being able to tote the kids around allowed us to get from place to place quickly without hearing "I'm tired! Carry me!" The canopy cut down on the amount of sun they were exposed to also. In the afternoons, we layed the seats out flat, put a large beach towel over the canopy so that it hung down the sides and our toddler took naps so we didn't have to go back to the hotel. Did I mention I love this wagon?! Now my husband understands completely why I wanted this model with all of it's awesome features. The only downsides are that the handle doesn't fold down completely and the wagon takes up a lot of room when transporting it. But it's totally worth it! This wagon is perfect for the neighborhood, the local park, the amusment/water park, the zoo, the fair, etc. (Haven't tried it at the beach. It would be great for that if you could make sure to get all the sand out of the wheel connections.) The only thing it doesn't have is speakers and an ipod dock. ( Hint, hint Radio Flyer) Thinking of getting a wagon? Go big and get the Ultimate Comfort Wagon!
