This headrest/support is in two inter-lying pieces, which is perfect, because my carseat already has the infant support, just not the newborn support. :) Easy to install and stays in place.

Wish I had this coming home from the hospital! I bought this when my baby was about 3 months old and never got to use the newborn insert but I have been using it every day since I bought it. Not only does it keep my baby's head up (without being tight or uncomfortable looking) but it keeps his back from getting sweaty from the nylon of the car seat. Can't recommend this enough!
