I love that my 10 month old can sit a the table with us and the rotating seat is genius but Chicco needs to perfect the materials before it can be great. As others said, it can't be wiped clean with just a cloth. They need to make a vinyl seat. I actually throw mine in the dishwasher at night at least every 3 days and let it hang dry so it's dry for breakfast but that is just a pain. Food also tends to get into the front cracks and there is no way (that I have found yet) to clean them out.

Design is brilliant! Construction is not! The seat (as mentioned by another reviewer) is cloth and impossible to keep clean. We bought this for my 9 month old. He loves to sit in it but it does not wipe clean with a cloth. To get it truly clean, you have to wash it in the washer. Who has time to do that everyday? Yes, you can wipe the top layer of food off but it isn't truly clean. The baby food/cereal gets into the fabric and it is gross. It is a constant mess. Chicco needs to make a plastic front seat for this product. I'm very dissapointed!

I have 2 of these high chairs for my 8 month old twins, and I do love them, however, the front and all along the inside of the high chair is cloth. I am certain, someone that has never fed a baby designed this. You have to remove the inside of the chair, which takes a while and throw it in the wash. What a pain, I so wish it would have been designed with wipe-able cloth or vinyl or plastic or something. Great chair, however if you care about keeping things looking clean and neat it will drive you crazy!

I bought this chair so my husband and I could sit at the counter with our 5m son and have family time. I love it, it works grate I can turn my son in any direction so we can feed him, read to him, play with him even do art with him. the only thing I do not like about the chair is that the seat is hand wash only, and hang dry, I have not found another spare seat so I can switch them when it needs to be washed. I put a large burp cloth or a reciving blanket over the frount to prevent food or other things getting on the seat (sofar that seems to solve the problem). although the seat is not hard to wipe off if you dont leave it. I have only had it about a week and am still more than satified. the tray infrount pops up and can go in the dish washer, that simple. the only reson I did put 4 star is because I can not find anoter seat to swich it with when I wash it (but I am still looking, i dont think they sell the seat sepertly from the frame though). you can use it for travle, home, and check the weight to see if it will work for you. yes I recomend it with flying colors.

Put this right on the dining room table. Now my 6 month old is a part of the dinner experience. She seems to enjoy being in it as well. When we are done eating I turn her to face the tv and livingroom action while I do the dishes!!

The chair attaches very easily to the thick table in or kitchen and is very sturdy. The tray removes for easy cleaning and there is nowhere for little fingers to get caught. Be careful when rotating that your child's legs do not bump the attachment arms. Great compromise to having an enormous high hair in a small kitchen
