We bought this for my daughters 3rd b-day in Nov. It was working fine and then just recently stopped playing CDs. I had no idea that this product had so many reviews. I would not have purchased it if I had known. It worked about 6 months and that was it! I have to send it back to Digi blue now for a replacement! Do not buy, take heed to these reviews.

I received this as a gift for my son's room. It's a super cute idea, but this product is junk. I've had problems with CDs not playing properly from the start. The radio just completely stopped working after just a few weeks of use.

And if you get the coordinating clock to sit on top of it, it blocks (no pun intended) the opening of the CD player.

There are much better products out there. Skip this one.

We love Lego around our house, but Lego should drop Digital Blue as a licensee. As others havde reported, this stopped playing CDs completely after about a week. On the 2nd day, it stopped playing burned CDs. Then it played "real" CDs intermittently until it stopped working at all. Glad I bought the replacement plan because I got my money back - unfortunately in store credit though. Would rather have the money back to go buy a real boombox.

I could not be more unhappy with my blue piece of junk! It never worked properly since day two and it often times stopped playing in the middle of the 3rd song of the CD, and now after only 3 months the thing died completely! It just didn't turn on at all today! Worthless! Don't waste your money, you'll just end up mad and your kid will be disappointed when it breaks. My son's previous radio was an off brand boombox purchased at a discount store and it was 6 years old before I decided to replace it with the lego boombox. Should have kept old faithful around.

My four-year old loves legos, so I bought this even after reading the negative reviews, just hoping it would work. When we got it, my son was sooo excited! I explained to him how to be very careful with it, and he really was because he was so enamored with it. It completely stopped playing CDs within two days of delivery. Yes 2 days, no exaggeration. When we had to send it back, my son was devastated. Don't make the same mistake as me. Believe the reviews, this product is not made well.

So disapppointed! Brought on plane for xmas to Denver.Worked first time putting in CD. Next day,didn't work. 8 yr. old nephew just asked about that lego music player again as he loves anything legos & had to tell him it didn't work[...]

My son got this for x-mas. CD player worked the 1st night. That is it. Does not work anymore. Piece of junk!!!!!!! [...] DO NOT BUY!!!!! The only thing it has going for it os the look- It is ashame LEGO put there name on it

The CD player does not work. Sound volume low and distorted. FM radio tuning is not correct. At a point in volume increase appears a speaker cuts off?
Not useable by 8 Yr old grandson.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for our son. Within three days, the lid for the CD player would not close, so we exchanged it for another, thinking that we had a defective one. The new CD player had the same problem within 15 minutes. Very poor quality, which is a shame because my son was so excited for his new lego cd player.
