To expensive and leaks but keeps gas outta babis stomach also hard to wash take almost 2 hours to completly sanitize 5 or 6 bottles and also formula gets clumped up easily.

I tried this for my newborn to help with his gas. I couldn't believe how much it helped. He's 2 months now, and I tried going back to the avent bottles we use for our daughter and he got lots of gas pains again. I'll be buying the next size nipple to stick with these bottles. They also help him spit up slightly less.

I use this bottle for my pumped milk. My baby hasn't ever had gas or any problems with it. I will say I wish the nipple for newborn was a slower flow, comes out too fast so I have to take the bottle out of his mouth quite a bit so he doesn't gulp to fast. I do not have a problem cleaning all the parts it's quite simple! And mine does not leak at all.

These bottles are great if all you're interested in is the intended purpose - reducing spit-up and your baby's discomfort. They worked quite well. However, they're a pain in the butt to clean, with five freakin pieces to each bottle. Eventually it gets to the point where you wanna throw em across the room and get a different type of bottle...which I'm doing as we speak. ;)

I used these bottles for both of my girls who are now 1 & 3. Love them. We never had issues with gas. If you don't overfill them they won't leak unless you have a level 3 or 4 nipple on them or forgot a piece, believe me, I brought them everywhere and never had issues with leaks. I had a set first then all the BPA stuff came up so I got rid of them and got the newer ones for the baby. Yes they are a pain to clean, but if they work then I'm ok with that. I put them in the dishwasher when my daughters got older and never had issues. With the second daughter I also had the dishwasher rack, drying rack and pitcher. You can say I'm a fan! If for some reason we ever have a third I'll be happy to use them again, even with the pain of cleaning them.

I read about the Dr Brown bottles in a magazine while I was preganat and thought they would be great to have but these bottles are hard to clean and are very leaky not ideal when ur on the go

My daughter was a very fussy baby. These bottles defiantly seemed to help. Her gas and vomiting got better with the use of these bottles. They held up very well. They didn't leak in travel and we never had a problem with the nipples. I do have to say that cleaning them was not fun. We do not have a dishwasher so I don't know if that would have made it any easier. I would think that the inside parts would still have to be washed by hand. It comes with a brush to help clean those hard to reach areas. Great as long as you remember to bring it with while traveling.

I would recommend this to a friend that is having trouble with a gassy, fussy baby, However I am pregnant again and plan on trying something else first.

Chose to take playtex bottles on trip so I didn't have to wash Dr. Brown's and baby was miserable!
Never again! Dr. Brown's bottles are amazing at keeping air out of baby's tummy....

My son had feeding problems and our pediatrician suggested switching to Dr. Brown's when he was a month old; He's eight months old now and we haven't used anything but for the past seven months. We even bought Dr Brown's sippy cup. :)

We bought Dr. Brown's bottles for our first child because we wanted to decrease any risk of excessive air ingested during feeding time. We have only used this bottle but it has worked well for us. We like that there aren't "inserts" to buy. We like how well the markings of oz are made on the side of the bottle for the late night and early feeding times. The only downfall to this bottle is that it has so many parts. We often get comments like..."wow... what is that for?" and "bottles sure have changed since I had a baby". Overall we would buy this product again if needed.
