This itme arrived with the side mirrors of the truck already broken off. I didn't see the sense in returning the product, because the next one would probably arrive the same way also. My 3 yr old loves it, the trailer top comes off, so he can arrange the horses or whatever else he is putting in there just the way he wants. So overall, I'm happy with this purchase.

My mother purchased this as a graduation gift for my 5 yr old daughter. Within an hour of having it out of the box, the side mirrors came off. Then the inside door panels fell off. Pretty much something breaks or falls off everytime she plays with it. My daughter is very gentle and responsible with her toys. Needless to say, this gift was a huge disappointment to her and me. I am sorry that my mother spent so much money on such a poor quality gift. If you choose to purchase this item, leave it in the package and put it on a shelf to be looked at only.

Just bought this like 3 hours ago (my son was napping for 2 1/2 of them)and 2 pieces have already broken and the wheels will not roll on the truck. The back doors will not close and the cover on the bed is already broken. Very disappointed in the quality for the money spent and the excitement my son had in picking it out.

Side view mirror broke while being taken out of the box and its been downhill since. Back of truck constantly falls off when removing trailer, top of trailer comes off. Cheap, cheap plastic absolutely no durability at all.

This product, like most Breyer toys is made terribly. Cheap plastic, and poorly designed. Buy something else then this piece of junk.

After reading conflicting reviews I decided to check out this item (already purchased) before giving it to a grand child for Christmas. So, I carefully took it out of the package, to see for myself. It's made out of the thinnest cheap-looking fragile plastic and the back doors (not aligned) will not stay shut no matter what. One of plastic hinges for the smaller top door over the cab came apart (with very careful handling) and had to be put back together. After this, I decided to return this item so did not investigate further. In the package, this item looks like a very nice metal truck and trailer set.

Finally, a horse-y item that isn't girly! Set looks like a smaller version of the real thing, even has moving parts and opening doors. My son likes to "haul" just about anything he can fit in the trailer!
