This is by far the best shopping car- very sturdy- doesn't tip- plus you can put a doll in the seat- just like a real carriage. I bought this for my one year old for Christmas- he is almost two and he still plays with this everyday- this cart is definitely worth the extra money and will last for many year. Step2 makes great products! This also came already assembled! Even better!

I read all the reviews I could find on this cart and ordered it based on what I found because i couldn't find a store that carried it. This cart is rather bulky in size, the plastic is really molded thick and it seems easy to tip over. I chose to return it because the color (I got a purple/pink one) was faded looking but the number one reason I returned it was because the basket area to hold stuff was WAY TOO SMALL and not deep at all. I guess it would be easier for smaller/shorter kids to get things out of it but overall I was just not that impressed. I didn't really care for the other major brands' style of plastic cart but I guess it seems like it would be a better choice but I think I am going to go with the other popular steel cart.
