This was my first Lego. After watching commercials and reading about it, I decided to get it. To be honest, It was one of the most funnest time of my not done life! Took me 5 hours to build it, and half and hour to understand the instructions. I really recommend this to anyone. But when building it, make sure if you have pets, small children, that you keep them away from it. Most of the pieces are so tiny, that if they weren't careful, They'd eat it. Also it doesn't come with a baggie, so make sure you get a gallon zip-lock bag to place them in. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone, unless they know how to build it.

This is a great Lego product! We love that the directions come with 3 different ways to build with the pieces inside the box! It makes it great when 2 kids want the same thing for Christmas: you can get 2 of them and they can still build 2 different models. Great addition to our ever-growing Lego city!

My son just got this set last night and we could not wait to get home to put the house together. There are a TON of pieces and most of them are little, but the possibilities are endless. My only complaint would be that the instructions take you step by step to build the whole scene rather than just a piece/fixture/structure at a time. We could have added on the light post or picnic benches at the end...I was in a hurry to get to the house.

This house is really awesome. My 7 yr old daughter wanted legos so badly but they are geared more toward boys then girls. This is a great Lego set for girls. She put it together in a few days with just a little help. She absolutely loves it! I just wish legos weren't so expensive because I'd run out and get her another kit- that's how much fun she had!
