            Took it out of the box, switched it on, and it twiddled cutely around the table for about a minute. A moment later, switched it on, and it had developed a "limp"; one pair of legs wasn't working right and it wouldn't walk any more. It just sort of wiggled in place. I wouldn't mind that in a 50-cent toy, but in a [$] toy that's outrageous. (Oh, and the Hexbug we bought from a local store had the very same defect right out of the box.) Absolutely would not recommend this to anyone.

            Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
