The Pros of this carseat:
-Good handle. The triangle shape makes it easier to carry.
-It snaps in and out of the car base easily.
-This seat is handy to use in the store and clips into most shopping carts.
-The ability to use this with the jog stoller and the snap-in stroller is a nice perk.

The Cons of this car seat:
-The handle releases are TERRIBLE, and it is very difficult to put the handle up or down. This is my biggest complaint. Many times I have woken up my daughter because these latches would not release. It is so frustrating!
-Also the handle rattles when the car is moving.
-The harness system latch is difficult because you have to put the two sides together, then snap them into the clip.
-My daughter is only 6 mos old and not big for her age, and she seems to be very close to growing out of this seat.

These are great car seats. We have twins that are 10 months old now. We are fixing to move to the next size car seat but have enjoyed these. They were easy to adjust, easy to get in and out, and the double stroller works wonderfully. The latch system is easy to use. I feel like our babies are very secure in them.

This car seat is such a pain to install! When using the LATCH, you have to press down on a button and pull the belt at the same time. It has this on both sides, one for each LATCH clip. After pulling for so long, neither my husband nor I could get it to tighten any further and the base was not secure at all, it still moved at least 5-6 inches side to side. Maybe we were doing something wrong, but my fingers hurt so bad after 20 minutes that I gave up. Definitely would not recommend this car seat, get something else! Also, the cushions are horrible. The only I liked about this was the stroller we got with it.

This carseat wasn't all it was made out to be. I did like that it was easy to snap in the base and its looks. Things I did not like was the buckle is hard to fasten, the straps were always uneven, they always got twisted, i could not loosten the straps while my son was in the seat, it always seemed to be lose no matter how much I tightened it in my car and i did use the tether that came with it and not the actual car seat belt. I did not like that it had very little padding. I have to fold a recieving blanket and put it under the padding cause it seemed very hard and uncomfortable for my son. Also something I did not like at all is it says you can not wash the seat cover and we all know babies get their seats messy and that was a big downer! I searched everywhere for this seat when I seen it online and even emailed the company. I now wish I didn't waste so much time and bought something else. The matching double stroller is also awful!!!

My daughter has used this from birth until 10 months. As a newborn, this seat worked so well for us. I really liked the handle on the seat, and how easily it snapped into place in the car. However, in my vehicle, the base never seemed very secure.

One of the biggest inconveniences in my opinion, is that one of the straps always got twisted. It was always very hard to untwist the strap when this happened.

My daughter has outgrown this at 10 months, and for the last few months, screamed in disapproval when I tried to put her in the seat. I think it's probably uncomfortable for her due to the lack of padding and cushion.

I like the material, although probably not the most comfortable. It is very easy to clean!

The fabric and plastic seem really durable however the handle to release the car seats on all baby trend seats is located at the baby's feet. Which means to get it out of the car you have to jam your hand between the car seat and the back rest of the car chair then try to squeeze the release handle. It's really bad placement.

ABSOUTLEY WONDERFUL!! Couldn't have asked for a better car seat! my baby was early and i was very worried because he was so small and this car seat made me feel 200% better when we left. it's a GREAT fit, very durable, comfortable, my son has fallen asleep in it almost every time hes been put in it! its easy to take in and out of the car, its easy to adjust! i love that you only have to turn the knob to adjust the seat belt height! its very light, easy as pie to clean, doesn't stain! i also like the cover that comes with it, it kept my son warm in the winter without having to buy a car seat blanket that i had to buy with my daughters car seat (because those are a PAIN to put on and a PAIN to take off) also the cover looked very stylish! thank you baby trend, i love it, i love the colors, and i love the stroller!

This car seat worked great for my son! I love the triangular-shaped handle, it made carrying him around so much more comfy! We got the stroller that this clipped into, also, which made it extremely convenient since we didn't have to take him in and out of the car seat to go on a walk.

After reading some of the poor reviews, I thought I would share my opinion on this seat. I am a new mom and read reviews on EVERYTHING before I bought it. After a lot of research I purchased this seat for my twins. They have been great! Since birth until now, my girls are 5 months, I have had not problems. The base the seat clicks into reclines to three different positions to keep your child in the correct position. The straps are very easy to adjust w just a turn of a knob, and we got car seat inserts when they were newborns to keep their head snuggly in place. I have zero complains about this seat and will recommend to anyone who asks.
