Enter the soot-stained boots of an everyday hero as a newly graduated Fire Academy cadet getting their start in a big city firehouse. Experience raging infernos and explosive environments in this unique first person action game. Use the firefighter's tools of the trade like the axe, hose and saw to rescue survivors and get the fires under control. Be a part of a squad as your fellow firefighters work with you to make sure everyone gets out alive. Use full-motion swings to hack down doors and pry apart crushed metal with the hydraulic spreader, taking full advantage of the Wii's motion sensing controls. Thinking Fire technology delivers a cunning and dangerous enemy unlike any that has been seen before as the flames have a mind of their own. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Firefighter Cancer Support Network.

My husband and I are both firefighters so I thought this would be a fun game. It is very realistic with it's features; 2 hose streams, ax, halligan tool, fire extinguisher, K12, and jaws. It can be overwhelming to beginners because there are a lot of controls but the tutorial helps get oriented. I think it's well worth the money as this is one of the cheaper Wii games. It is only a 1 player game but it's ok, still fun to watch while the hubby plays. I'd definitely recommend it for teens and adults. Might be too much to comprehend for little kiddos.

My husband is a firefigther and I buy it for him on Christmas and he can't stop playing with it. Our daugther have to yell at him to let her play. Is a real life game and he says the items to fight the fire are the same that he have to use on his work. We have the Wii since it was release and never found a game this interesting. We have a lot of games and this is the best by far...highly recommended for all ages :)

My 8 yr. old son got this game on release day and has played it almost every day since. It is so realistic, challenging and fun. He loves the voices and graphics. He is totally absorbed into the game. Wii needs more games like this.
