I bought this for my 2 year old niece for Christmas. She really enjoys playing with it and watching the rotating tray in the microwave. Her 3 yr old brother enjoyed playing with it, too.

This may not be teaching my child the best habits, but this is the cutest thing. It sounds just like a microwave. It beeps, there is a light that comes on, it rotates, makes a fan noise, etc. My daughter loves it.

My daughter played with this toy once when a button fell off and the plastic on the door cracked and shattered. She isn't rough with her toys - this item is of very poor quality. Don't waste your money.

Don't know yet. It is a Christmas gift for a 3 year old. I am sure she will love it.

I was so excited when my daughter got this for her 2nd birthday. With lights inside the microwave and a spinning turntable, it was just as realistic as the microwave in our kitchen. However, 1 day later, and the buttons beep, but the lights do not work, and the turntable doesn't spin. I have changed out batteries, and still nothing but beeping buttons. If I didn't know about the lights and turntables, this would still be a great deal for the price, but I'm very disappointed in a toy that broke after 1 day. And calling TRU customer service they can only suggest I bring it in with a receipt. It was a gift! I don't have a gift receipt! Don't they care about the broken product?!? Very disappointed with the lack of care from their customer service department.

Bottom line - if you have one that works - it's a fantastic toy. And make sure you save your receipt in case it stops working after a day!!!

I gave this to my daughter for her 4th birthday and SHE LOVES IT!! It was one of her favorite gifts, by far. It's super cute and encourages play. However, within an hour of owning it, the front was already cracked. She doesn't care, but it makes me mad to have spent money on something that doesn't make it even though the day. The buttons have stopped working a few times too and I've had to take the batteries out and put them back in again to get it to work.

I bought this microwave oven for my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter because I have one in my office for kids that come in and it is the favorite toy. Sure enough, when my granddaughter came in, she to adored it so I bought one for her for Christmas. Again, the favorite toy of the day. She loved pretending to cook all the little "food" items included in the box with grampy for the rest of the day.

Haven't given it to my 3 year old daughter yet, but I played with it in the box and know she is going to freak out and love it. It acts just like my microwave that I can't get her to leave alone. It's really cute. The plate turns and it lights up and beeps.

I bought this product twice. Once for my kids a couple years ago, and now again as a gift. It has been a well loved toy. And the child who was given it as a gift couldn't wait to get playing with it and didn't want to stop once they started. Great addition to play kitchens, or a start for a small space.
