The toy looks nice, but - like every other item I've ever ordered online from Toys R Us - it arrived damaged due to shipping. A solid plastic piece had snapped right off because of poor packing and a total lack of any kind of padding, paper, plastic, or otherwise. Toys R Us is dismal at quality control.
