The Halo sleepers are a well made product and they definately keep my twins swaddled tightly and save me a LOT of time. I got the size small rather than nb and they work fine from 7.5 lbs so they can grow into then. Ive only found two problems. First, the fabric folds over itself into a big old mess after washing so now I have to peel fabric off velcro every time I put the sleeper on. The other, much bigger, issue I have is they're way too warm and there's really no way to use them only partially. I try to leave un zipped but my boys still get too hot so I had to order a different set made of cotton because they least get too warm. It wouldn't be so bad except we have wood heat so or house temp varies a lot from day to day.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I like that this product comes in varying sizes so that my five month old can grow with it. We already used the newborn size and now the next size up. The flaps are great to swaddle my son. Also it has arm holes so he can use his arms at night. My son rolls over now in his sleep and this sleep sac does not hinder him at all. Great purchase. I love this product.

With the risk of SIDS, I couldn't be happier with this sleepsack. Since it doesn't have sleeves, it gives me the chance to either put the baby in short or long sleeves, depending on the temperature in the house. I love that it zips from the top down and has the adjustable wings. I don't swaddle, but instead wrap the wings around his torso, making him feel more secure. Washing isn't a problem if you fasten the velcro together prior to washing.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I used the Halo sleepsack swaddle with my daughter 3 years ago and got more when my son was born. It is the only swaddle that keeps their hands and arms tight to their body without them escaping. But this swaddle still lets their legs move a bit which I'm told by our pediatrician is very important. Both kids escaped all of the other swaddles I've tried.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
