I decided to buy the ottoman that matched the glider after reading the positive reviews. I did see on hear that another person complained of screws being loose but I figured the manufacturer wouldnt mess up on the screws again. Wrong! When I pulled it out of the box i noticed it swayed crooked which made it very noisy and hard to glide. My husband noticed a bolt in the bottom of the box. Instead of dealing with the hassle of returning and reordering I asked him to try and fix it. He was able to put the screw back on without tearing the fabric but he did have to tighten all the other bolts because all of them where really loose. But this only took him about 2 minutes. Other than that I love the ottoman. It looks great and now glides easily without squeeking.It was an easy fix with a screw driver and a willing husband.

This item is spendy but it is so nice! We are expecting our third child and I know we are all going to enjoy using this ottoman (and chair) to sooth our baby and ourselves!

We purchased the glider and the ottoman over 1 1/2 ago for our first son. It is by far the BEST thing that we bought for the baby. It is so comfortable, I can hardly get my husband out of it sometimes. We have used it daily since we bought it and it has held up beautifully. There isn't any squeaking that some people say there is. I can't say enough good things about this set. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

I bought the Serenity Chair first & love it but I definatley needed to put my feet up. Especially since I'm a new mom! I purchased the Ottoman online & I had it that same week. It's now where I spend all my time & my new son is asleep in minutes! I definately would advise anyone who's plannig on purchasing the chair, to buy the ottoman too! Use those coupons ladies!!

Poppy and I bought the glider and ottoman for our daughter and her husband's baby. It is so comfortable that they can spend hours rocking the baby if needed.

We purchased this glider and ottoman after reading reviews that they both squeaked. We thought we'd take our chances and worst case scenario a little WD-40 could fix it. WRONG! Right out of the box the ottoman squeaked extremely loud with every rock back and forth. So we took it back and ordered a new one which came a few days later and had had a screw inside come loose. You could hear it falling around when you moved it and the gliding mechanism was completely off- it was worse than the first one. Luckily my hands were small enough to find the screw and tighten it myself without tearing off the bottom cover or returning it for a third one. The whole process of ordering and reordering was very annoying since I originally ordered from the store, but then had to order from the online store and they didn't want to accept my coupon from the first transaction. I love this ottoman, I bought it with the matching glider chair and it is a great addition to the baby's room. You can't have the glider without this ottoman! It is so comfy!!
