Very happy with this house. Bought for my 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter who absolutely loves it. Very easy for my daughter and I to put together with the exception of two screws where the plastic was very thick. I would advise checking out where the screws go before assembling house; that way any tough spots can be resolved before you are under the roof trying to attach it. It is also a good idea to attach decals before assembly. You definitely need a pickup to bring the box home as it is huge or you will have to bring it home in pieces. As one other reviewer stated, there should be a hole in the flower box so the water can drain. We couldn't get my granddaughter out of it once it was put together; she just loves it. Big enough for her to put a small chair in and another child. Would highly recommend this.

My dad and I bought this for my niece for her 2nd birthday. I searched all over the internet for a playhouse that would be big and sturdy enough to last her and my nephew (6 mos) into grade school. I was skeptical since I couldn't see the playhouse in person, but this house exceeded our expectations! It is definitely large enough for two 5 or 6 year olds to play in. My niece is nuts about it and it was a big hit with the other kids at the party too. Best price on the internet for this model too! It seems like it will withstand weathering as well as any other plastic playhouse. The ONLY thing we thought was kind of weird about it is the vineyard painting sticker that goes over the fireplace (really, a vineyard for a toddler?) but I'm sure those stickers will fall off with time anyway and it's such a tiny detail on an otherwise fantastic deal!

So easy to assemble my 13yr old put it together by himself. Make sure you have a truck. Will not fit in a suv.

We bought this for our grandaughter for her 3rd birthday, it was easy to assemble, but the first thing she did was to attempt to ring the doorbell. The doorbell does not work, what a disappointment.

I am 6 months pregnant and have a 15 month old (who was napping) and I put this thing together myself. I was nervous after reading reviews of other playhouses - but this one was simple. I used a drill to make holes for the screws - no idea why they dont come predrilled. I cant imagine putting the screws in without holes. All in all it took me maybe 45 minutes to get it together including finding my tools. I have the house set up on a concrete pad on playground mats. Its really easy even for me to move around on it - light weight and slides easy. I kind of wish there was a table or bench inside - but this was I can buy her a table set to use in the house as well as playhouse I guess. Its definitely big enough to get a small childs table and chair in it. I love the large openings - I put a lounge chair next to the gate wall and can see everything inside and out as she plays. We just got it, so we havent had much time with it - but so far I dont really see any negatives. I think it can easily accomodate 2-3 children playing, it was fairly priced, it seems well made, and it was simple to put together. Simple enough that I'll take it apart and put it downstairs in the winter for indoor play. Would certainly recomend this model to anyone.

Love this house. It was quick and easy to put together, isn't an eyesore and it's downright enormous. For us, that is a very good thing. We have only had it for 48 hours, but I can't tear my kids away. I have a 20 month girl and 4 1/2 boy. They can't get enough, and it works well with the small play kitchen, grill and playfood we already have. It would be nice to have a small table inside, but we put a little side table from our camping gear and it works perfect. I love how large the inside is. It comfortably accomodates 2-4 busy little ones. One word of caution if you don't have a truck to transport it: It won't fit in an SUV unless you pull the parts out of the box and make 2 trips.

the playhouse is a good size . my granddaughter should get a couple years out of it. i wish they had built a table into the inside though. it is large enough inside for one. she loves the door bell and the phone.i also wish the outside flower pot had drainage holes because it fills with water.

good things: toys r us had a great price and was easy to order online.

bad: 3 days after i placed the order i received an email stating my playhouse was on back order. I needed the playhouse to arrive before Christmas. so i cancelled my order and bought from a different toy store that had the item in stock and available to ship. five days till Christmas and the playhouse has been tucked away in my garage since last week thanx to the other guys. sorry toys r us. maybe next time.

We brought this for our 3 and 4 year old grandaughters. Cute design, easy to assemble and plenty tall enough for our 4 year old. Only problem was the phone was not has described. Does nothing at all,just a plastic phone that hangs on the wall.

Size was an issue for us as this was a birthday present for our 2 grandchildren, ages 3 and 2. We wanted something large enough for the two of them to play with together and for it to be something they can use for years to come. I believe they will have lots of enjoyment from this product.
