This is a great item. We got it after a recommendation from our pediatrician. Our little one would get a stuffy nose and we had trouble mastering the nasal bulb. We could get the little bit that was up front, but to get the actual pluged up stuff, it was impossible! Well it was until this little invention. The advantage of this is that you don't have to insert it into the nose. It creates a seal at the opening of the nasal passage. At first she would cry and get mad, but after using it a couple of times she realized that she could breath after, she doesn't fuss at all anymore. She hated the nasal bulb. If you want your baby to breath better get this!

Was skeptical about this product but desparate to get my baby to stop coughing. I will admit that baby does scream the entire time while using this product but it is worth it to see all that green stuff get out of his nose. Also, he has been keeping us up at night with his coughing so we use it in the middle of the night and the coughing stops and we all go back to bed. Now his congestion is finally improving and we haven't gotten any more ear infections since using this product. Definitely a good buy but make sure to put your ear plugs on when using it; also, I used the saline drops in conjunction with the snot sucker as I call it.

I recommend this to moms over the syringe bulb which we all know sucks up NOTHING when your little one has a really bad cold. You can adjust the suction whenever, to a little or a lot. And it clears out everything. Use it with the saline mist to really help wash out the secretions. You have got to make sure and at least rinse it with hot water every time you use it. The mucus can cake and dry in there and it gets nasty.

This product is easy to use, easy to clean, gentle on baby's nose and EXTREMELY effective. The bulb aspirator from the hospital worked okay, but when it broke I couldn't find another that worked that well. I went online to see what I could find and saw that the Nosefrida got great ratings so I ordered it and now I know what all of the fuss is about. This product is a must for every Mom with a child under 2.

This works better than other things I have tried, but that doesn't mean that it is easy! My son fights me everytime I try to use it. You suction out the mucus from the nose with your mouth and it is not as easy as I thought. I do prefer it over anything else I have tried and I have tried most everything! It was a good decision to buy, I just thought it would be easier than what it is!

The little case it comes in is really convenient for travel and to keep clean!

The idea is disgusting, but the actual product is AMAZING! The hospital bulb syringe just wasn't doing the job on my 3 month old. In a moment of breakdown at 1:30am, I started searching online. I found the Nosefrida and all of the rave reviews. I had to try it. It works great! I'm amazed at all of the snot it removes. Of course, my daughter is not the biggest fan...but as soon as I'm done, she is smiling again! You will not be disappointed with the Nosefrida! And yes, like other reviews, I will be buying this for shower gifts. It may seem disgusting, but every parent should own one (or two!).

I wish that I knew about this product 4 years ago with my first child. It's awesome. Gross in concept, but not after you try it. I want to know why it's not widely advertised or talked about!! I tried the battery powered ones and they were pathetic. The sucker that the hospital sends you home with takes forever to get the snot out and can cause nose bleeds. I have always used saline to help along the process. But this thing is a life saver!! The hospital ones will now be donated to the bath toy bin.

Ok. First of all this is rather disgusting in theory but we do alot of disgusting things for our child so if you can get over that then this is the product to buy. All of the battery operated nose suckers have nothing on this thing. A lot of times when you suck out the snot in your childs nose you still hear the gurgaling sound when they walk away. With this product I don't hear anything after I've used it. There is no snot that gets in your mouth or anything like that. Its just flat out amazing. I will NEVER buy a different nose sucker. And its so inexpensive for how impressivly it works

Absolutely the most fabulous thing you can purchase for yourself and your baby. My daughter has had several bad colds and we discovered this mid-way through her first cold. It works so much better than the traditional bulb aspirator and is much more productive. Best of all, she can breathe again! We wouldn't be able to live without it.
