Well, the chair was merely ok (just uncomfortable but at least functional despite many creaks and squeaks) until some screws had broken in half on one side and the chair then collapsed. This was repaired by using glue and installing new screws in a complementary hole pattern. Now today, the opposite armrest and glider section have come completely out for no apparent reason.
The chair has a weight limit of 250 and there was never that much weight in it at any time, which leads me to the conclusion that it's just a terribly cheap, yet overpriced, chair. I'm glad no one was hurt by this shoddily manufactured contraption.

I was disappointed in this chair. The stain on the wood was very sloppy. The stain was messed up in about 4 spots and 3 of the necessary bolts were missing. The size of the chair and the style is very nice. My husband called the customer service and that was satisfactory.

I had a difficult decision to choose a rocker online with not a lot of detail given but I was very pleased with set. Item shipped promptly and seems to be a good value. Was not difficult to assemble. However, this item needs to be packed better and should ship with item's carton placed into an extra outer box. The wood arms are not well protected and one was heavily scratched and chipped. I did not have time to return before baby shower and will self repair but this could easily have been avoided with better packing!!

I ordered this glider because I just had a baby and thought it would be great for those 'middle of the night' feedings. Assembly was easy, I put it together myself and it did not take long to do. I was disappointed because it is small. When I sat in it to test it out I leaned my head back to rest it on the back of the glider and my head was just about over the top of the glider. When you look at it it looks like it could be for a teenager because the back of it isnt the right height for a woman or man. I am 5 feet and my husband is 6 feet tall and it was definitely not the right choice for us. After I looked at it I also didnt like the look of the fabric. It looks a little cheap to me. It isnt a bad product; it just will not work for an adult.

For some reason, it hurts my lower back. Also, when it arrived a major spring on the bottom was unhitched. It took a lot of effort to put it back. Otherwise, I like the dark brown color and the material. It seems more stain resistant.

I bought this glider sight unseen. I bought it for my daughter in-law for her shower to be put in the nursery. It was the hit of the shower and she sits in it everynight and rocks to her unborn
daughter. We are expecting her next week and cannot wait to rock her. The ordering was very easy and the rocker came exactly the day they said it would. I would never hesitate to order again from Babies R us. Thank you

Assembly only took me about 30 minutes from opening the box to sitting in the chair! The color is perfect for my son's room and the espresso finish matches my crib/furniture perfectly even though my mom bought the other furniture from another store. I am fairly tall but it is still comfortable for me. I do wish that it was a reclining glider but the color (matching and won't get dirty) was more important.

This glider is a great buy for the price. I found it really easy to assemble, the gliding motion is smooth, the cushions are comfortable, and it looks nice in the room. I haven't had it that long (a few weeks) but it seems to be well made. The back of the chair sits up very straight, which is great for breast feeding (that's what I mainly use it for) but not so great if you're just wanting to relax and rock.
