I was not expecting to be impressed by these, but I was! I am glad I finally found the perfect crayons for my 2 and 3 year olds. I bought dozens of different crayons for my kids before, and these are by far the best. You do not have to rip off the paper like with regular crayons, because these are twistables. They are also harder than regular crayons, making it difficult to breaks these (my kids cannot break these even if they twist so that the whole crayon comes out). The colors are good, although since these crayons are harder, the color is lighter. The whole crayon also gets used up because it is comfortable to hold even if it has half an inch left on it. These crayons are worth every penny, I am so glad I found these. Even though they are more expensive, they go a really long way. I used to buy box after box of regulars, because no matter what brand I bought, they kept breaking, staining, plus my kids would rip the paper off and it would be everywhere. Believe it or not, I bought a pack of these 3 months ago, and it is still alive, except for a couple that are lost in the house somewhere. That is 3 months of coloring by 2 toddlers!

I bought these crayons for my 3 year old daughter. Originally I thought she'd be too young for them, but they are GREAT! If they get stepped on they don't break, and no more paper wrappers to get peeled off. I'm waiting for the 64 color version of these! Awesome!
