This was one of the best purchase I ever made. It is much more practical to sterilize using this product vs. running the dishwasher for a few items. Easy to use and quick cycle. Would recommend to any mom who does not have time to boil everything. Some have complained that the items do not dry...well, it's best you take the rack out of the unit after the cycle is finished and the items will dry in time.

We use this on a daily basis and like how compact it is and how easy it is to use. Items do take a while to dry like others were mentioning in their reviews. I was wondering how the manufacturer can advertise that sterilized items are sterile after so many minutes/hours after the lid has been opened but the items stay wet for about an hour on a drying rack? If the sterilized items are left out to air dry the bacteria and germs are back on them again? Overall, very easy to use, holds a lot of items. Just do not sterilize playtex drop in bottles :) ours melted

this product worked fine the first year, i followed all of its cleaning instructions to point. After a year and 3 months, it doesnt even turn on anymore.

I love this product! So easy to use. I would not use this to clean my child's bottles as some other reviews have stated, but I do like that it does make it so simple to sterilize everything AFTER I have washed them.As far as drying time goes....I use the First Years drying rack and I feel everything dries a lot faster than if you were to use the rack that comes with the sterilizer, so if that is your only issue with this product, spend $15.00 and get the First Years drying rack.

I am returning this as soon as i go back to babies r us! It works fine, but the drying process takes forever! even when taken out and layed out to dry. Before i got this i boiled the bottles and layed them out to dry and wouldnt take long to dry but i figured this would help out in time and space, WRONG! Iv tried putting less water, taken the trays out right after the cycle was done and they were hot, not useing the bottle tray, nothing helped. I am just going to get a microwave sterilizer and a drying rack.

I am pretty happy with this product. Many reviews commented about not being able to dry the bottles after the sterilizer function; that it took many days for bottles to dry. To that I would have to say these people are idiots to expect something to dry in a sealed plastic container. One uses the steam function then takes the lid off. You can leave your items to drip dry on the sterilizer rack or dry on your own rack. But it is pretty obvious it is seal container.
But this product really does work great, simple, one button functioning. You want to sterilizer your bottles, pacifiers, nipples, etc? Load the rack, add water, push a button, it is done in 5 minutes, allow to dry. Boom. Done.

I have been using this product for 5 months. It is great! Better and faster than using the dishwasher. You can prewash the bottles before adding them to the sterilizer. I use this product daily and it does a fast cleaning - under 15 min. This product does leave the bottles wet, but I just let them dry on the drying rack. There is always a little extra water in the base that I dump into the sink after every use.

I have used this item almost daily for almost six months and cannot be happier with our purchase. I love that it is BPA free. It has held up very well if not near still working like brand new, I usually clean it once a week with a little vinegar.
