My son received this for his 4th birthday -4 days ago- and has not put it down (except for bed & summer camp). He has a hard time with arrow keys so this is the perfect solution! His older sister (6) has the Didj and he cannot play it. The Mobigo is perfect for him! He's already earning bonus points and spelling words and starting to use some advance features (it's not even a week!). I haven't given him any of the games he received with it so he's still playing the free game and loves every second of it! Highly recommed this game! The only issue he's having is he cannot slide the keyboard open by himself, guess his dexterity isn't that advanced. So I slide it open and off he goes.

My 2 year old son loves this game system!! The games are educational and interactive, which he can mostly play independently. Great for in the car. His finger sometimes gets caught in the slide up keyboard. I just bought the AC adapter today because we had gone through 3 sets of batteries in 2 weeks!

I love this product and my 3 year old loves it too. It has taken him away from touch phone. This game occupies him every where we go from dinner to shopping. The only down side is that it diesn't have rechargable batteries but we haven't had many issues with batteries. The games are easy enough for him to play on this own and doesn't require much guidance.

this system is so adorable and great for car rides. it was a gift for my 4 year olds bday and my 5 1/2 year old wants one to. i will be getting one for his bday in october. they play for hrs on it.

My 3 yr old son got this for his birthday in June and LOVES it! He got the Leapfrog Leapster too but he doesnt want anything to do with it. Great picture quality and my son loves the touch screen. Other kids have DS's but this is less expensive and sturdy for younger kids.
The only drawback right now is that there arent many games out yet. Beware of the age ranges on the games. I bought one based on SpongeBob and didnt realize it was for 5-7 year olds.

My 3 year old really enjoys his MobiGo he was able to play it right out of the box and really seems to enjoy the games. The game is sturdy and easy for his hands to hold, he has no trouble with the keyboard or the touch screen games. The screen itself is very bright and easy to see. I do wish there was a backlight on the keyboard so if we are driving at night he could play the keyboard based games in the car. I would recommend this for a 3-5 year old.

My son just turned 4, bored with his Leapster, bored with his portable V-smile, silbings just got DSiXL's for their birthdays. Jealous boy needed something easier. This is PERFECT! He loves it, will spend an hour on it, has no trouble operating it without reading, but still educational.

My 4 year old turning 5 wanted a DS for his birthday, but since he's rather tough on toys, I opted for the MobiGo system. He LOVES it. I got him the case and three additional games. It comes with one game he also plays all the time. it's perfect and less expensive than the DS. It has a keyboard and touch screen, but is still small enough to go places. I highly recommend it for younger kids just starting to play games.
