THe product took three people to just get the top rails to lock in place. It is made terrible and def not a fast set up. Then we noticed that one of the bottom rails and its junky connector was snapped so we called customer service...and basically they said to bad it only had warranty for 180 days...i explained we didn't use it at all and it was our first time setting it up... to bad to sad. ONly thing that was cute was the monkey mobile. Waste of money. The padding was also very hard and uncomfortable

Registered for this play yard because it went with my nursery theme but I regret getting it. It is almost impossible to collapse it. Then once you do it's almost impossible to click the sides in place. I have it at my moms for my son. We leave it up in her living room since taking it down and putting it up is such a nightmare. Also the mattress on it has very little padding. Very disappointed.

I never do reviews, but for this I feel I need to. I hate this product. When our son was little we had a pack n play that was so simpe to use in every way. We don't have the "Monkey Around" print, it's a pink/gray print from last year but the same set up. 1) It's difficult to pack up and get everything to release. 2) It has a handle right in the middle that is so bulky it makes it very uncomfortable even through the pad and an extra thick blanket-my daughter has never slept more than a short time in it. 3) The changing table is difficult to transport and isn't even worth it. We didn't try using this until my daughter was a few months old and by that time we really couldn't return it. I wish we could! What a waste of money.

I have no problems with this Pack n Play. It was great for my first son and I'm sure it will be just as nice for my second son due April 12th. I used it for naps and changing diapers. He loved watching the mobile. I didn't have too many issues setting it up it seemed to go together just fine but maybe I got lucky. Anyway I would recommend this product to my friends and family.

the changing table is alright but the mattress is hard as a rock...my son hates it n won't sleep in it. the mobile and diaper caddy are flimsy pieces of junk. i was very disappointed in this.

I bought this to use as a bassinet before my son was born. The set up is very common of play yards and simple to collapse and set up. The upper level bassinet is easy to install.

I was worried the padding would be too hard so I bought a mattress pee pad and sheet to put on it and that helped a little. The firmness is actually a good thing, now that I look back. Newborns need that good support in helping to prevent SIDS.

We used the bassinet part well past the recommended age, height, and weight requirements and it is still in perfect condition. When he turned 7 months old and started pulling himself up on things, we took out the bassinet part and continued to use it as our son's crib until we purchased an actual crib when he was 8 months old.

The mobile is entertaining for a baby and not annoying for a parent. I like it. We used the diaper holder on the side; it doesn't seem spectacular, but it does what it should - hold diapers. We also used the changing table attachment for a couple of months. It is uncomfortable to bend over and change a diaper at this height, but we didn't have an actual changing table and you can't fault the company for that since that's just the height of the pack-n-play.

We've traveled and moved twice with it. It's a little challenging to get it wrapped back up into the travel bag, but very possible. It worked great and I'll be pulling it out when we go on vacation and for the next baby.

We bought this when I was pregnant with my son. It was pretty easy to put up and use, and it worked well when my son was a newborn. However, at about 3 months, he hated it. The padding is hard and feels like cardboard, even with a padded play-yard sheet. I never used the diaper caddy that came with it, or the changing station. After about 4 months of use, I could no longer get it put up or taken down with ease. It gets stuck and is hard to put together properly to put it back in the bag. When we travel and my son has to sleep in it, he screams, wakes up several times in the night, and eventually ends up sleeping with us because it is so uncomfortable. I will be trading this in for a better one for the next baby.

I bought this product because the baby's room was a monkey theme, and I wanted something for my grandson for camping and my house. The item was absolutely goregous we loved the way it looked. It was really cute but when I went to pack it up the pull handle in the bottom broke. I tried to twist it like it said and it broke. I had only used it about a week and was going to move it to another room. I called the company that manufactures it and they said they MIGHT replace it hmm I had to take a picture and email it to them of the damaged part I did but never got a response and that has been 2 months ago. Toys R Us was great about it tho they didnt't have them at the time and I had thrown my box away but they gave me credit anyway.

We were so excited about this play yard, thinking we would use it as a less expensive form of a bassinet. We were thrilled that it had matching fitted sheets that you could put over the mattress. It has many promising features that seem useful before you actually assemble it. We have only used it as a bassinet replacement thus far... so I guess we can't be 100% critical of it yet. We are disappointed by the lack of padding in the mattress. Our baby hated sleeping in it when we brought him home. We actually purchased a Moses Basket, and used the bassinet feature to set the basket in... so it wasn't a total loss. We are still using it as a stand for our Moses Basket, but we're curious how we will use it when our son outgrows his Moses Basket.

Also, the changing table feature is almost a total waste of time. Unless you are 4'10 (exaggerating...), it is difficult to bend over it to change the baby's diaper. It hurts both my back and my husband's back. I'm sure we wouldn't mind if we only planned to use it when traveling, but we were excited about using it daily in the middle of the night to prevent us from walking down the hall to our actual changing table.

Thank goodness the mobile is removable. We found it annoying and cumbersome, The lullaby song it plays is nice, but it's nothing special.

I'm sure the features on this were created with the best of intentions. They just aren't 100% satisfactory in our opinion. We will probably have to wait until our son gets older for this play yard to truly serve it's purpose, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Good thing both of our parents purchased their own play yards so that we won't have to bother with packing this one up. It's quite complicated for something that is supposed to be easy to set up.
