Comments about Activision 1001350 How To Train Your Dragon for Nintendo DS:

This is a fun game. It gives you different missions to complete and also gives you a chance to fight your dragons. Our only complaint with the game is that we haven't found a way to save it, so you can't take the game out for a while and play something else unless you're okay with starting the game over from the beginning. Thankfully, my son's pretty hooked on it right now though, so he doesn't mind just leaving the game paused between times he plays it. It'll pose a problem once he's bored with it, though. A fun plus is that we can play the game using wireless connection between our DS systems and pit our dragons against each other!I must mention that we got it on sale for [$] I feel it was well worth that price.

Comments about Activision 1001350 How To Train Your Dragon for Nintendo DS:

I bought this game for my son based on the content of the movie. Rather than the valuable lessons learned from the movie, this game pits dragons against each other to the death in fights likened to that of a modern day illegal dog fight. Humm, didn't that land a certain pro football player in jail? It is excessively violent and is soley based on one on one violence that was completely absent from the movie. I think the creators of this game lack imagination and sold out to typical gaming plots. The creators had at their disposal numerous options, such as contests, races, and other more interesting activities. Oh yeah, I think my son has yet to fly a dragon, one of the things dragons are known for, especially in the movie.
