I love everything about this crib and my husband loved that it was EASILY assembled and only took him about 15 minutes. We have a vintage inspired nursery and this crib fits the look I wanted absolutely perfectly!

EASY to set-up!! Love how it lacks the huge "headboard" piece and is more on the simple side as opposed to some other cribs. Kind of has a vintage-y feel. We don't know the gender, but it can go either way. Bought a sealy mattress and it fits perfectly.
Putting gold wheels on are optional (we did NOT)
The only thing that was slightly annoying is how many warning stickers are on the sideboards. Remove prior to putting together-the majority are on the inside so won't be seen underneath the crib, but a warm washcloth and some scrubbing takes off the ones on the outside.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Wanted a nice looking, vintage looking crib, without spending an exorbitant amount of money on an iron metal crib. You don't have to assemble it with the wheels as shown in the product picture. Functional as well as stylish. Very recommended.

We replaced our previous Jenny Lind crib with the newest model and are VERY happy. It was easy to assemble (took my husband maybe 20 minutes), is much stronger than the previous version, and is no longer a drop-side so we feel like we're keeping up with safety standards. Strong, simple, and a nice-looking crib for the price.

Simple and functional

We have not used the crib yet, baby is still on the way. But it is exactly what we were looking for, simple, sturdy, functional and reasonably priced. We were not looking for a fully convertible crib to bed set up because we will be using this crib for our next child and we were not looking to match it with the bedroom/nursery furniture. The crib assembled easily and it is simple to raise and lower the mattress. Some people may want to spend more on a crib to get a certain style or as part of a matched bedroom set but as far as funcitonality goes, this one works. We are not using the wheels though, personal choice.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
