My son LOVES this tractor! He got it for his 2nd birthday. We have owned it for one year. We have charged the battery according to the directions, and it is still good. I agree it has a few issues. I have never heard a song play on the radio, just static. The front end doesn't fit together well, the grill broke the first time he tapped something. It is held in place with 2 small plastic tabs (1 now broken). My biggest complaint is the wagon. The attaching parts broke the first time he backed up and it "jack-knifed". I put it on the shelf with the grill, and will explore ways to re-attach it when he turns 4. I would rate this 3 1/2 stars if it would let me. If my son didn't love it so much, I would probably rate it 2 1/2 stars. I have also been told that the smoke stacks break easily. I can see where it could, it's flimsy. Fortunately, my son doesn't grab it when he is getting on, and because of someone else's warning, we were able to talk to my son about not touching it BEFORE it broke.

Got this for my sons 3rd birthday he is obsessed with tractors. He loves it! However the front of it is complete garbage. The grill falls off the hood pops open. Second day and its already missing a tail light. Just not made tough to withstand a little kid

My son is 2 years old and loves this tractor. It's all he talks about. It took him a few days to learn to hold the pedal down, but now he rides all over our yard. He stores toys and his garden tools in the cart and hauls them around the yard with him. We couldn't be happier with it. I only wish that I could ride it too!!!

First off, I recognize that the product is cheaply made. It seems that most products at this level are made with the thought of getting the best product out but maybe cutting some corners on the quality of the secondary aspects like the exhaust or the grill. Having said that, we've had ours for a year and it still works great. The parts that matter to the kids still work perfectly. I'm pretty sure they've done everything to void the warranty. It has been beyond the axle in mud, snow and water and handled about as well as you would expect a tractor to. Yes, my son has gotten stuck, but he also was able to rock it out. The only issue is that the battery for the radio is not easily accessable. All in all, I'd say its worth taking your chances. If you got a lemon then just return it.

Everyone is amazedd how well he drives it how good he is and how well it goes over grass, dirt and mud. Nothing stops it. And even tho its hard to go backwards with the trailer on he learned how far he can go before it messes up. Its his favorite thing

My son got this on his 2nd birtday and he loves it. Everyone is amazed how well he drives it and how great it goes on grass dirt and mud. The first thing he does when he wakes up is go outside and rides it. Its his favorite thing. And even tho its hard to go backwards with the trailer, he got use to it and learned how far he can go before it misses up. Its the best thing he got all year

my 3 yr old son was super happy to get this tractor. A few frustrations ensued... Reversing with the wagon is impossible- jack knife city- and whatever piece connects the wagon to the tractor fell out and vanished quickly. The smokestack broke off right away. The front kept flipping open and the grill would fall off; we finally cured that. The radio doesn't work. He basically just didn't want to ride it anymore after a short honeymoon period. We put it away for a season, took it back out without the wagon, upped it to 2nd gear, and he's back on it again. Would I recommend this to a friend? Yes, if it's free or on sale big time.

1. Hood is flimsy, broke off within months.
2. Radio stops working quickly.
3. Can not use reverse well if the trailer.
4. Wheel covers break easy.
5. Smoke stack breaks off easy.
6. Not good for an energetic 3 year old, but to fast for any younger child.

This thing is awsome! My three year old son can't get enough.I hope its as durable as it is fun.It's been three weeks and about 5000 miles and so far so good.
