    The headphones arrived with the package open, held closed by a (broken and worn out) piece of clear tape. The package itself was damaged, and the headphones looked used, though they were new.
    The headphones (supposedly "new") have to be turned in the socket of my MP3 player just to work.

      purchased for my 9 year old for Christmas. He loves them. Fit is great for a smaller ear canal, compared to 'standard' bud-type earphones that fell out. Not an issue with volume when you put limits on sound output via Ipod controls :)

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
