It has great looks but the balls sometimes doesn't come out to the carrier, we need manual intervention.

The game itself is overall good. All the balls have letters and numbers on them and every card is lined up properly so they must have fixed these problems listed in earlier reviews. The only problem we had is that the door on the cage kept popping open and the beads spilled out everywhere whenever we would spin it. I bent the latch to make it tighter and it seems to be better. The dog ate N44 so now I am on the hunt for replacement numbers! My kids love bingo and are having fun playing with this set.

2 balls with same number, one ball with no number[...] so far two play cards wont work with the game, one had a number in the wrong column and another had duplicate numbers on it.We had to write the right numbers on the balls and throw away the defective cards. We may print our own cards to play with.

seems great so far was looking for some thing nicer than the plastic ball version. Balls might fall apart. Seen some $50 plus wood bingo sets online. This one was $20 in store and was BOGO 1/2 off got deluxe wood chinese checkers for $7.50.
ok so the wood handle on the turning arm is not put on straight but thats minor.
All the letters are on the balls. Just open the box in store thats what I do will all the pavilion games. Thats how I found out the plastic ball bingo has no cards in it.
If you loose a ball try to find wood bead at craft store.

Only thing I may do is use a wood burning kit to add letter and number to each side of ball top bottom and back for easy detection.

Pavilion needs to do more research before they make a game, beside this bingo,also there is a Mancala game which has horrible reviews. I give them credit for the all wood look, make me feel like i purchase a luxury set or something but still im going to return it because the number balls ain't got no letter on it, which that is the most important part of the game is when you call the letter first then the number. I figure all that time and money they spent on making the bingo set they could at least put letter on the number balls like they had in the picture. well they already had number on the ball, it wouldn't have cost them anything to put letter on it and now its going to cost them unhappy customers.

I had the same problem as the 1st review written about this product. The balls don't have letters on them and the word BINGO on the call board doesn't line up with the numbers/columns. Hoping to get replacement balls with letters on them.

I love the idea of the wooden Bingo game for longevity but this games is quite misleading from the picture on the box. The word BINGO isn't in alignment according to the columns which makes it difficult to determine where to place the balls once they have been called. The balls do not have the letters on them which makes it difficult to determine which letter/column they coincide with as displayed on the box and the cage operates correctly sometimes. The placement space on the wooden board is not spacious enough. This is a classic game. The concept is great but this prototype should be called I-Spy oppose to BINGO because your wasting more time trying to figure out where things go oppose to enjoying the game itself. I am VERY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and I love to play Bingo with my family & friends. I really like my other Pavillion deluxe (wooden) games. I would love to have the game that's displayed ON THE BOX. This really is unfair. Pavillion should do the honorable thing and accommodate the customers by sending them the game that's display on the box with proof of purchase or by returning the game itself. For the people who love the game and have purchased this deluxe addition, It's simply about getting what we've paid for. We want the game, albeit for ourselves or as a gift. Pavillion, stand up and DO THE RIGHT THING.
