I brought this bed for my American Girl Dolls and IT IS OUTSTANDING! It is so ADORABLE! I love the computer and the TV. The chair doesn't quite fit the AG dolls but the Hopscotch Girls do! This would be my dream bed if it was REAL! Awesome bed for an awesome price! EVERYONE SHOULD GET THIS IF THEY HAVE AN AG DOLL! ( or any other 18 inch doll!)

Purchased this for my daughter's x-mas since she will be getting her first AG doll. I have looked at every bed available and decided to give this a try due to the reviews. While I do feel that this one offers the most versitility, I do see some flaws. My original thought was to add an additional bed at the bottom to accomdate two dolls which is possible; However, I did want my daughter to be able to move the addition bed and have a chair and tv as a living room when she wanted. Given the height of the bed, putting an 18in doll even on the bean bag chair is a tight fit so there is no way possible to put a chair under and have the doll fit. As other reviews have said, the bedding included is definately not the best quality but plan to make my daughter a set. The stickers included are cute and it does say that they can be repositioned however I do not feel that they will hold up if moved around too often. Wish the company would have included two sets so that both sides could be decorated the same. This would allow my daighter to flip the bed around without having to worry about moving the stickers. As far as the quality, I believe that it will hold up as long as your careful with it. I do feel as a parent that it is priced higher than it should be but I feel that way about every bed that I've seen. The bed itself is pretty light so if your child is rough with their toys I would not suggest this. Again, for the price I did expect the material to be a little heavier and more durable. I do think my daughter will love this bed and get a lot of use out of it. The tv and laptop were an added bonus that my daughter will love. At this point I am on the fence as to whether I would recommend this or not. If my daughter is estatic to get this than I guess it was worth the money but also feel that my husband could build something very similar for about the same amount of money given the time. Only time will tell as to how durable this really is. I hope it last at least a couple of years. Just wish companies would not skimp on the quality. When I purchase anything, I think about quality versus quantity. I would rather only be able to afford two good quality items than four poor quality items. Although this bed gave me the versitity that I was looking for the quality was definately below what I was expecting.

This was a gift for my daughter who loves American Girl doll items. I tend to try to find a better deal than the American Doll brand, as they are extremely overpriced. (the dolls are made well and worth the money but the accessories are really expensive)This arrived two days earlier (bonus) and when my daughter opened it, she was so happy. After we put it together, we were all impressed with the sturdiness and the many items it came with. No downsides, just one happy little girl and one happy mom who didn't spend all her money!

My daughter purchased this bed for her daughter's AG doll. We liked the fact that it comes with alot of pcs like the desk, laptop, TV bedding and chair. The chair is to small for the AG doll but my granddauther has other dolls she can use it with. The beanbag is a little small but the doll can Still use it. We are thinking of painting the whole thing brown to match other furiture my granddaughter has. All in all we think the bed is a winner, it fits the AG doll and my daughter got it for less then $50 @ the actual store.

Purchased in store as a X-mas gift from the big guy. It was missing a piece, so we returned it on Dec. 26, 2012. Purchased online Friday within 5 minutes of receiving In-Stock email notification for the second time. Called today to check on order due to status not changing (item located in stock). I was told item was discontinued. Not only disappointing, but also completely misinformed and given false information, again!

The product came in a beaten up box but the item was in perfect condition with all the parts. I loved it and it was wood and well cut. My daughter couldn't understand why the computer didn't have a mouse and the TV didn't have a remote but I told her to "get over it" and enjoy the toy. However, after carefully considering her remarks it is fair to say that her expectation is just as valid as mine and probably moreso - so Toys R Us take that for what it is worth. TVs have remotes and Computers have mouse devices. There were service issues but I won't derate the toy over that.

My daughter wanted the American Girl version of this but $200 is just way too much to spend. This was a great plan B. We are very happy with the bed in general. Lots of little extra details which make it extra cool. I was disappointed with how the desk attaches to the bed (the bed itself is fairly stable). The desk is not permanently attached to the bed. Just held in place with dowels you slip into place. So not a great toy if you want to move it around a lot but for our purposes a great toy that my daughter is in love with that fit our budget!

Got this for my 7 year old daughter's American Girl doll.
I thought she would be disappointed because it was not the same brand but she was thrilled with it.
