Arrived quickly, and I began to put it together only to find out the company messed up a part. Called customer service and they walked me through what I needed to do to fix it, and even said they'd send a new one if it broke while I was on the phone. (A metal frame was put in backwards). Works great. Front wheel doesn't shake, probably because I followed the directions unlike the other reviews. Very happy with this purchase

I am a first time mom, i tried this stroller out at babies r us and love it. Its super easy to put together, the big wheels make it so nice to go out in the snow and on gravel roads. One thing i wish is that the stroller would lay flat.

We love this stroller! It is perfect for jogging and walking on bumpier terrain :) The speakers aren't that bad when connected to an iPod or iPhone. The only downside to this stroller is that it's HUGE! It was very hard getting it in and out of our Altima. You had to turn the wheels just right to get a snug fit. We recently got an SUV so it's a breeze now. I would definitely recommend this stroller!

We were given this system probably not from this (expensive) company, but not the version with the mp3, not sure why you would need that. The shaking on this product is fixed perfectly when you lock the wheel, which is really no problem. You can easily adjust the way that the stroller is heading even when locked. And the shaking is not as bad as some reviews say. Many people have seen our stroller (and we've let them try it out) and bought their own. It folds and fits in our trunk (Nissan 200sx) and we don't have a problem putting the base and seat in the back seat of our small two door car. The car seat has worked for our daughter all the way until 1 year old, but now the straps are getting tight and we will be getting a convertible car seat. We used the stroller for transporting laundry often, so it does lots of weight. I wish the under seat compartment was more accessible, sometimes you have to squeeze larger items in there. We would purchase this on our own if we were to do it all over again.

I read reviews after we'd already purchased and assembled the jog stroller, and saw several complaints about the front wheel shimmying badly. There were so many complaints from so long ago, I figured Baby Trend had fixed the problem. Nope. The very first time I used the stroller to jog, I went literally 5 steps and it started shaking so violently my son started crying. My husband was with us. We tried again, I thought it was a fluke. Nope. I could not believe how hard it shook. I mean HARD. Next day I tried jogging with him in the car seat. Something about the weight distribution worked and it didn't shimmy then BUT the little bobble that snaps in to hold the tray on (this is what holds the car seat in place if you're using that option) is so loose and janky that it completely came out while I was jogging (on a smooth pavement surface, I might add). The car seat barely stayed in. Thank God my son was securely strapped in. We noticed the little tray would come loose often just walking at the mall, but we just kept popping it back in. After this, I'm retiring the stroller altogether and getting a new one. I just feel terrible though, because my mother purchased the whole system as a set and it will hurt her feelings when she sees we had to get a new one. This. Stroller. Is.TERRIBLE.

I purchased this stroller for my 3rd child in Sept 2012. I had a graco travel system with my older children but wanted to try a jogger out so I purchased this system for my 3rd child. I LOVE THIS STROLLER! It's so much easier to manuver than a regular stroller. Yes, the buckle can be annoying and the stroller is heavy but SO ARE MOST OTHER SYSTEMS. You cannot buy a travel system and expect it to be light weight and to fold easily. Overall, I've been very pleased with both the car seat and the stroller. Would definanetly purchase again.

My daughter is only 5 months old and the seat, inside the carseat, is snagging and balling up like a worn sweater does. It looks like it is an old carseat and its only been used for 5 months. I wanted to use it for all of my future babies as well, however, it is embarrassing and makes us look poor even though it is brand new. Other than that, it is the easiest stroller to steer and shop with. It also does great on trails through the woods.

BEEN USING THIS FOR 6 MONTHS AND HATE IT!

This is my third travel system buy. My children are spread out in age so each one of them got a new travel system.

Why I hate this stroller & car seat:

1)VERY WOBBLY RIDE!!!---So wobbly I called customer service and told them I thought the frame was warped. They told me in a very rude tone that if I would of read my manual before I purchased the stroller(that was inside the box)It states that the stroller wobbles! I asked her if there was anyway to make it stop and she told me to lock the front wheel...I told her if I locked it then it wouldn't steer or turn she said that was right that I would have to decide if I wanted to steer or ride smoothly! I was speechless!

2)HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE---

3)CAR SEAT IS VERY HARD TO BUCKLE!!!---(so hard that I have to be above it meaning I have to place it on the couch or on the floor to get the pieces to 'hold' together to put in place. It is the worst setup I've EVER seen for snapping the buckles together. Every time I buckle my baby in it I literally say out loud 'I HATE THIS CAR SEAT I HATE IT!!! I keep counting down the months til I can change car seats. I despise it with a passion!!! Every time I see anyone else with the car seat I stop them and we discuss how annoying it is.

4) HARD TO FOLD AND CLOSE THE STROLLER.---I'm rather tall and you have to lift up to get the stroller to close. It takes some getting used too.

I CHOSE THIS STROLLER BC I TEST DROVE IT AROUND THE BABIES R US AT A VERY LOW SPEED AND THOUGHT IT WAS GREAT. I LOVED THE COLOR BC IT WAS GENDER NEUTRAL AND WE WERE HAVING A SURPRISE BABY.

I WISH I WOULD OF READ OTHER REVIEWS AND CHOOSE A STROLLER AND CAR SEAT THAT WAS ACTUALLY FUNCTIONAL. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THIS BRAND AGAIN, NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT, AND INTEND TO PUT A YOUTUBE VIDEO/REVIEW ON IT TO SHOW ALL THE PROBLEMS. I SO WISH I WOULD OF NEVER BOUGHT THIS!

I purchased this item as a first time mom. I love how easy it is to control and how smoothly it handles. I did have trouble with a wobble in the front tire (it was bent) so I returned it and have had zero problems with this one. It folds easily and I have had no trouble with the locking mechanism. My husband loves that the handle can be adjusted higher so it is more comfortable for him to use. It is big, although most strollers are except for the umbrella ones and the cup holder does not fit large drinks, but it's not that big of a deal. I LOVE that the car seat snaps into the stroller and does not just sit ther on top (the others I looked at only sat on top and that made me nervous). When the carseat is attached to the stroller the baby is completely covered when you close both shades to keep baby sheltered from the sun, rain, or pesky people! The carseat is easy to carry and snaps easily into the base for your vehicle. I've had ZERO problems with this travel system and I'm still crazy about it after 2 years. Baby number 2 on the way and I'm sad that I can't fit both kids on this travel system. I will however be looking to Baby Trend again for a stroller that will accomodate both kids!
