My 11 month old loves to climb on this toy. She crawls up and down both sides. It is a little smaller than I expected, but works well for her size and age now. Not sure how long it will entertain her. But she loves it!

    We ordered this little slide for our little guy this Christmas. Knowing that we would be inside for the winter and he would begin crawling soon, this looked just perfect for him.....turns out it is just perfect. He loves to climb up and down the slide and he even sits at the top of the slide to watch his Bubble Guppies. I love that I don't have to worry about him getting hurt if he falls off because it isn't to high, and it allows him to still explore on his own. It is perfect for a crawler, but I don't know how much entertainment it would bring for an experienced walker...they may need something a little bit bigger.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      I was hoping to get something for my crawling and climbing 7 month boy. Since this was intended for indoors, I did not want a larger slide. I saw this and thought it would be 2 steps up and a small slide down, I thought it would certainly be enough to entertain a 7 month baby. But it was SO SMALL when I assembled it. There are not any steps, it is just the floor at then the stop of the "slide". It was about 6 inches off the ground. This immediately went back.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

        Bought for our 8 1/2 month old twins. It took them a week before showing any true interest, but they are now climb up the slide and pulling themsleves up to stand along side. Although not really functional as a slide it has prompted motor development as they enjoy climbing and will put on foot in front of the other to climb the steps. I can see them playing until about they are 1 1/2 years old. Well worth it to me!

            This Item is good for non walkers. My son is 15 months old and it helps him pull himself up and learn how to use stairs. The downfall is the hoop that connects on the slides side does not stay on very well.
