This is nothing like the toy I played with over 40 years ago. Instead of building a wood, slated roof you are now given a fully plastic roof. Also you aren't given enough pieces to make a complete four-sided house. The instructions help you make fronts, as though you were building something for a movie set. Lastly this container is a waste of packaging. It's like buying a huge bag of chips, but having them all settle.

My grandson who is 3 loves Lincoln Logs. I have found that they are still made with quality. I was very pleased with the purchase.

This product is packaged in a large canister and when it is opened, the pieces fill it up only halfway. It is misleading. Also, it was missing 3 parts that my 5-year old grandson immediately noticed by the 3rd step of construction. This was really disappointing on both counts. I am hoping KNEX sends the missing parts to me.

Loved these as a child and love that they are still around and my children can play with them. My son loved building things and playing with the farm animals. Great product!

Solid toy.
Container is huge compared to the amount of logs inside. Especially, for the price.

My 7-yr-old nephew was so happy to see this under out tree - he couldn't wait to play with it. I find it stimulates creativity and gets him away from the electronic games for a while.

We had to return some glitzy, electronic, plastic toys after Christmas because they were either broken, or became broken very soon after opening, and my 4-year-old wanted only Lincoln Logs to replace them. He loves them - they are perfect. My only complaint is that they are more expensive than I was hoping for. But - they don't break, and they actually get played with... it's worth the extra cash. I say no more plastic toys...

Grandsons loved it-easy to work with-made well just as it was many years ago when I was little. I plan on buying additional peices to the set.

this big tin contains enough pieces to construct ONE basic "ranch house". for the money there could and should be two to three times the amount of pieces. I loved LL as a kid but this purchase left me feeling cheated.
