Wish we had bought this sooner! Started with a Moby wrap but it was too hard to get my daughter in and out of- a major production. The Ergo is wonderful with the extra infant insert and without it for slightly older babies. So comfortable and doesn't hurt my back. All the weight sits on your hips, unlike other carriers. My husband is 6'6" and is able to wear this. We had researched and discovered this particular model of Ergo (versus the regular Ergo) has straps that adjust longer around the waist and I believe arms too for larger people. Couldn't ask for anything more in a carrier!

I was using the Moby Wrap and found the Ergo Carrier much easier to use. I just pop it on and carry my little man where ever I need to bring him. I have found that I have not had back or hip pains. Good buy for the money!

Just purchased the Ergo for my third baby and it is so comfortable, I wish I had it with my two other children. It is perfect to carry my newborn while out shopping or just around the house. I also have a sling that I use occasionally but the Ergo seems to be more comfortable for longer time periods and when he gets heavier.

I decided to purchase the Ergo because I wanted something my husband could also use and I like how this is adjustable. I got the Sport version because the fabric was lighter weight and had the vent in the back because we will be using it in the summer months.

Would recommend this is anyone who needs a free hand during the day!

Very comfortable toting around my LO--no back pain. One problem is connecting the buckles on the back. They are hard to reach.

When used with the newborn insert, you can comfortably and safely wear your baby as you do chores around the house or as you grocery shop. The ergo is very easy and fast to put on, and it holds the baby and his/her head securely.

I had originally purchased the Baby Bjorn, but returned it for the Ergo after being told by multiple friends that the Ergo was the way to go. It is definitely comfortable and doesn't hurt my shoulders or back. The only big negative I have is the infant insert - it gets SO HOT in the summer! My poor little girl always comes out sweating. It also isn't that easy to get on by yourself. It took me quite a few times to really get the hang of it, and I still have some issues. I just wish she could sit in this without the insert and it was a tad easier to secure by yourself, then it would be 5 stars!

The best carrier we've tried and we tried them all! Has best weight distribution. Easy to put on, but difficult to snap latch in back when baby is in front.

Did my homework on a carrier and finally went with this brand and particular style. It's amazing! Great distribution of weight...light, easy, and I really feel baby is very secure. Bought infant carrier and my little guy loves and is very secured and well positioned..he's only 4 weeks old. He falls right asleep. I would recommend this one, you will not be sorry. Worth every penny.

I LOVE the Ergo! It displaces the weight of my child through the hips instead of the lower back. It's also made of a very breathable material, so my son doesn't get too hot. I like the fact that you can use the Ergo until your child is much bigger and you can also use it as a front, back, or side pack. It's a bummer that you have to buy the infant insert separately, but I guess that's how it is with most things that are well made and expensive. This is a great product & I would highly recommend it!
