The Learning Curve Misty Island Adventure Set is always bustling with Thomas and his friends so your child can engage in interactive play. Take each engine to the other side of the track by cranking the handle on the exclusive new pulley bridge, which features pieces made to look like steel just like in the movie. The roller crane can lift or lower materials that are important for Thomas and his friends to transport across Misty Island, and engines must travel under the mystifying log tunnel as mysterious sounds are heard overhead. The entire set is inspired by the “Misty Island Rescue” DVD so your child can imagine he or she is part of the action.
Features
Roller crane
The roller crane lifts and lowers materials that are important to transport across Misty Island. Thomas and his friends simply place themselves underneath the crane to receive the materials.
Log tunnel
Thomas and his friends must pass under the log tunnel that plays mysterious sounds as engines pass overhead. Strange sounds add to the mystifying nature of the dark and ominous tunnel.
Pulley bridge
The exclusive new pulley bridge carries trains from one end of the track to the other. It is designed to look exactly like the one in the movie so your child feels like he or she is right in the action.
Endless layouts
The track can be set up however your child wants, providing limitless adventures with Thomas and his friends. The track can also be used with Thomas & Friends products for a fun and exciting play experience.

      We began setting this up with high hopes, but it quickly failed our expectations. Because it was Christmas morning, the packaging was tossed with all the other boxes, regretfully. For the price, this product is a disaster. It should cost $20, not [$]. It may look nice, but it just does not work. The tracks don't interlock well, the trains don't stay on the track, the bridge takes a lot of manual work, and the battery is required for a little silly noise, not the automatic movement that you might expect for this price. Hell, for this price, it should cook breakfast. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! You will regret it, I assure you.

        This product met my expectations; however the order process was unclear, so as a result, we didn't receive the free Cranky the Crane as advertised, because I neglected to use the promo box. The customer service representative that I dealt with was basically not accommodating. Her attitude was "you lose".

          I bought this train set for my son when he turned 3 and he loved it, the sound is great, it requires motor skills and a bit of patience to cross the bridge, this was his first train set and now that he is turning four he still loves it, we have expanded it but the tunnel and bridge always look great!!!

              Pros: Very well made. Quality materials. Sound is a plus.
              Cons: Track does not stay together tight enough when it is being played with. When put together the center part is too long to put back into the box. Box should be longer so it can be put away easier.
