the product was really easy to use and my daughter just loved sleeping in her dora bed, we did encounter a problem like another commenter said, that the side guards would pop off, if figured out the reason mine was doing that is that i screwed it in backwards, and the screws should have been to the inside for those parts, which is different than the other, screws throughout the bed. after fixing this it was PERFECT, never happened again. i reread the instructions and saw that infact, it said to do it that way to begin with, i just didn't read close enough. anyway, it is really durable especially with my crazy 2 year old.

Easy to assemble, looks cute but somewhat poor quality! I figured we get what we pay for, plus when we have to buy two of everything we tend to look for deals or it can get expensive. The girls really liked the beds, but a couple of days after using them the side rails keep falling off. After putting them back on so many times the screw just doesnt keep the rails on. Called Delta for replacement part & to find out about any warranties on the product since we have only had it for 1week and I was told, they do not warranty any of the character licensed products. We should return it and get another one at the store. However, I bought two beds & they both have the same issue, how would getting another one at the store be any different. I was so upset to find my baby sitting on the floor last night after falling off the bed because the side rail fell off again! What should I do, I cant afford to get a new bed and even though I just bought the beds I cant find my receipt that we paid cash for? Any ideas let me know! Delta hasnt called me back and the agent I spoke to stated nothing they can do.

Great for toddlers! I bought this for my daughters 3rd birthday. Difficult to put together but once it was up it was strong and sturdy. Love the design and the option to put on sticker decals. My daughter is a bit of an all over sleeper so she out grew this bed in a year but greatful for the side rails!

The product was just what I needed. However, putting it together was disapointing. There were only 4 screws that were long enough to hold the parts together. The screws that were provided were too short to work and I had to buy 12 more long screws to finish the bed. Also, the side rails that were suppose to click onto the head board were too loose and I had to duct tape them to keep them in place. Other than those problems it was a simple build.
