Was excited to get my daughter this for Christmas. I should have read the reviews before. The pencils don't sharpen and the biggest complaint is the makeup is way too light to see on the paper. The only color that you can see is the grey eyeshadow and it's very faint. I had her use some of my old makeup. Not worth the price at all very disappointed!

Purchased this for my 7 year old girl and was very disappointed. The makeup did not show up on the paper. Had to go out and purchase other makeup for it to work.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The product may have been wonderful, but the way it was shipped in medium size box with no bubble wrap made the makeup crumble. We didn't even open it because it was broken up. This was a toysrus shipping problem!

My 8 yr old had this on her wish list for Christmas. She was very happy to have received it. It comes with a sketchpad of faces to put them make-up on. Their is an idea book that she can copy looks from or create her own. The make-up seems to work well with it. Basically, if I copy the sketchpad and purchase inexpensive make-up she'll be able to continue playing with this long after the original set is used up.
